Fantastic Collaboration Tool with Navigational Hiccups

  • December 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro to collaborate with designers, engineers, and product team members. Miro makes it easy to brainstorm, document user journeys and flows, and take notes visually during conversations and meetings. I love its accessibility across the organization and how it's collaborative, real-time, and easy to use. Although I don’t use it a lot, I really like the Miro AI features that identify themes and clusters. These features save me hours of work by organizing interview notes by sentiment, themes, or keywords, which helps in identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. It's nice to show verbatims visually and get stakeholder buy-in and alignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can never find how to share a Miro board, and navigating through spaces is also very confusing to me. I don't know if it's a permissions issue or if it's just the way that the product is built, but I can never do either on and it takes about three times to try and figure out whether or not I can or can't complete these tasks. This makes it really hard to use sometimes in live, brainstorming and collaboration sessions. I think first off the sharing feature needs to be more findable/discoverable and then permissions need to be more well defined. As I think that there needs to be some kind of information around spaces/teams that help me navigate where I should create a new board. Again, I think that there is something to be said about maybe walking through where the share button is for example and tell me why I can't share if I don't have permissions to share. Sometimes the board is owned by other people so the share button is disabled or missing and when that happens, I just feel like I can't find it, but there's another reason why I can't find it and that's because I don't have permission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is collaborative, real-time, and easy to use, making it great for brainstorming and visualizing workflows. Its AI features help organize notes by themes, saving hours of work and aiding in stakeholder alignment.

Effortless Real-Time Collaboration and Visual Brainstorming

  • December 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is how easy it is to collaborate in real time. The board feels natural, flexible, and visual. It helps teams brainstorm, plan, and share ideas clearly, even when working remotely from different locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can feel slow when boards get very large. Some useful features are locked behind paid plans, which can be limiting. For new users, the number of tools can feel overwhelming at first without proper guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of scattered ideas and poor remote collaboration. It brings everyone to one shared visual space, improving clarity and teamwork. This saves time, reduces confusion, and makes planning and discussions more productive.

  • December 30, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, the platform features a clean and intuitive design, which makes it straightforward to create organizational charts and helps simplify even large presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that bothers me is having to reactivate the tool I was using each time I switch tabs and come back to Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has made it easier for me to communicate information in a clearer and more straightforward way.

Visual Collaboration Tool, Needs Performance Boost

  • December 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using stickies in Miro and connecting them with arrows. It helps me by easily converting them into Jira tickets, which bridges our ideas on Miro and keeps track of progress within the ticket system. What I find valuable is being able to share my ideas and vision with others in a visual way, which wouldn't be possible in a written or verbal format due to complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our boards quickly grow REALLY huge, and at some point the performance starts to suffer. I would really love some lazy loading for bigger boards and overall increased performance in browsers. We often struggle with new joiners who do not have the right access and permissions yet, but once everything is set up, it works. I would love to connect my Claude code via MCP to it, but it is not yet supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me share complex ideas visually, which is better than written or verbal formats. It integrates with Jira, syncing our team's work without manual copying, making the process smooth for tracking progress.

Effortless Collaboration and Organization with Miro

  • December 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for university and my on the job training. I like that it's easy to use, and everything is so well organized and synchronized. It solves team project problems by providing a space to work together and easily drop ideas. I think the notification system, especially when someone makes a comment, really helps a lot. The initial setup of Miro was pretty easy and understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like attaching different format files. There could be more size freedom in files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to solve team project problems with its collaborative space for idea sharing. It's easy to use, well-organized, and synchronized. The notification system helps when someone comments.

Empowering Collaboration with User-Friendly AI

  • December 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how Miro is easy to use for anyone, making digital collaboration easy and not a chore. I also enjoy the AI features Miro offers, and I like the fact that the AI can do things like clustering based on words. It's great to be able to collaborate live with people when physical meetings aren't possible, and Miro makes the organization easier and increases the efficiency of my workshops. I like that the AI features are getting better month by month in terms of usefulness and accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still skeptical about Miro's prototyping features as they may not stand a chance against bigger competitors. I think prototyping can be done in other platforms that designers already prefer. So maybe allowing linking of that to Miro through some sort of an MCP or maybe aligning the prototyping AI to closer to the collaborative feel of Miro would improve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me collaborate live when physical meetings aren't possible, making organization easier and workshops more efficient. It's easy for anyone to use, simplifying digital collaboration, and the AI features like word clustering enhance this experience.

Unmatched Creative Freedom for Notes and Visuals

  • December 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can write things, insert photographs, and draw however I want—freely, as if it were a big sheet of paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
That in the free version I can’t have a private team board, besides the one I already share with other people
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connectivity with my teammates for an idea map.

Interactive and Easy, But Refinement Needed for Navigation

  • December 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is very interactive and colorful, making it easy on our eyes and helping us know where the post-it notes are moving. It's easy to use and feels inclusive since it doesn't have to be controlled by just one person; anyone on the team can interact with it. It's very useful that you can move things around freely. Setting it up was also very easy; I just sent the link, gave permissions, and we were able to use it right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess seeing the whole board is excellent, but it's very hard to zoom in on something because then you lose the rest of the board. If you just touch something and it will enlarge, and then return to the original place, it would probably be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes team collaboration easy with its colorful, interactive boards. It allows everyone to contribute equally without needing a moderator, enhancing inclusiveness and ease of use.
