User-Friendly Collaboration That Inspires Teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a user friendly collaboration service which has deeply motivated me to pursue collaborative work
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is less disability friendly then i would have liked, and can be difficult to intially acsess
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team did no have a unified collaboration service, this has helped us work as a team effectively
Intuitive and Effortless to Use Across All Devices
What do you like best about the product?
This software is very easy to use and feels intuitive. The web interface is fantastic, allowing you to seamlessly continue your work on any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features I have yet to explore, but I found it very easy to get started even without any prior experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a fantastic tool for creating workflows, sharing them, and refining them with your team. It truly saves time and helps give your work a professional appearance, all at a very affordable price.
Ideal for Workshops, Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro as a workshop tool, especially for writing out notes and voting. I find it very easy to set up, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the zoom feature of Miro is a bit tricky - sometimes it messes up the pixels of images if I am zoomed in too much, and sometimes if I create a frame that is too big I end up with very big font. When placing a sticky note, I am able to place a sticky note that is of any size. However, it would be good to get an indication of the standard size of the sticky note with the ideal dimension so I don't end up with a canvas that is too big or too small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize and organize information and gather feedback. It's great for planning, brainstorming, and workshops.
Streamlined Collaboration with Exceptional Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I think the usability of Miro is really good, especially its real-time communication features. It's really helpful for workshops to mark something down and we no longer have the conflicts we experienced with non-real-time tools like Drawio. The simplicity of the tool is really nice, yet it's still powerful. Using Miro helps increase output because it's easy and nice to use, leading to people actually using it more. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy and straightforward, allowing us to use it directly.

I use Miro for planning internal features and creating diagrams. It helps us ensure we're building what everyone and the customer wants. It's really helpful for team syncs and collaboration on a final PRD document.

Effortless to Use with a Lightning-Fast Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. The learning curve is so fast!

Nothing so far, I am very satisfied. I have not used it a lot, for so far I cannot find any negative points.

Organizing complex ideas and processes, planning new processes.
Transformative Canvas for Dynamic Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's flexible canvas, which allows me to mix post-its, text pieces, arrows, images, and links all in one space and rearrange them whenever I want. It's incredibly helpful for non-linear work like research and brainstorming. During online brainstorming meetings, I appreciate being able to quickly draw something with pen tools or paste images to show my ideas. In my course, with 18 students, we actively use Miro in almost every class. It makes it easy to share schedules, make decisions, vote, and leave comments on others' work on the same board. The tools in Miro make online collaboration feel much closer to working at a physical whiteboard together. I also love using sticky notes, color coding them, and moving them around to organize my thoughts. Miro helps everyone understand complex topics by showing the connections on the board, which is especially valuable since my classes are spread between the UK and Japan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm struggling with the sense of scale on the boards. There isn't a consistent scale between different boards, which makes me feel lost when switching between them. I try to use font size as a reference to normalize the scale, but I'm still not fully used to it. I realize the size of one board was too big and another one was too small, and I need to rescale elements like arrow thickness when pasting something from another board. Also, because the board is such a free and open environment, it's easy for things to become messy over time. Especially for collaborative boards, someone needs to take on the role of organizer and set simple rules or conventions to keep the space structured and understandable. There are many built-in templates, which is great, but finding the right one is overwhelming. It's hard to explore each one in detail and quickly understand if it works for my use case. I'd love improvements in how templates are organized and recommended, like interactive previews showing how a layout could be used in real cases. I had difficulty finding a template with an AI feature that summarizes post-its. It was incredibly helpful so these kind of useful functions could be highlighted and shown to users more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me map my thoughts and process non-linearly, unlike Notion or Docs. It centralizes everything to see the big picture and enhances remote collaboration, mimicking a physical whiteboard, making it easy to organize, share, and interact during classes and meetings.
