Boosts Our Remote Brainstorming Effectively
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Miro for brainstorming sessions with my remote team, and it really solves the chaos of scattered notes and ideas across Slack, emails, and docs. I love the infinite canvas, it feels like there's unlimited space to think big. I also appreciate the way you can lock objects so no one messes up your layout. The initial setup was super easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the board gets laggy when there are hundreds of sticky notes. It’d be great if Miro could lazy-load sticky notes or let us collapse/hide them when the board gets crowded to keep scrolling smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlined Collaboration with Versatile Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for mind mapping and quickly demonstrating flows and social media plans. I appreciate the multiple elements under a single site and the ability to work out of the canvas area. It's helpful to create artboards based on our needs, where I can easily attach images and screenshots. Miro helps me organize things efficiently and makes it easy to work on multiple projects. I like how it allows for efficient collaboration with freelancers and my team, thanks to its multiple elements and attachment options. When sharing web wireframe requirements with freelancers before Figma design, I can create artboards for each page with screenshots and additional content, aiding in easy understanding. The drag-and-drop features, comments, notes, and multiple artboard functionalities make Miro a mix of Canva and Figma, and these aspects have helped us stick with Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes more resources if I'm using Miro on Chrome in Intel i3 process-based devices. It hangs sometimes if I have more assets. The handwritten-based font is needed. It's always adding some more features under AI credit. If they can enable a free draw or sketching feature separately, it would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for mind mapping, demonstrating flows, and social media planning. It organizes elements efficiently, allows for easy project management, and supports collaboration with freelancers and teams by adding images and creating multiple artboards.

I like Miro for its ease of use and clean design, which makes navigating the platform simple. I also enjoy the ability to collaborate with team members and other stakeholders, allowing us to create email mockups and discuss plans asynchronously, which saves us a lot of time by avoiding unnecessary meetings. Additionally, the AI feature is a big help. By providing a simple prompt, it guides me on what my board should look like and the key elements it should include, streamlining the creation process. The initial setup of Miro was very easy, enabling beginners to start immediately with minimal learning curve thanks to the existing templates.

I like the clean and professional visual style of Miro because it avoids distractions from cognitive overload, which is very useful for those who have to read and write their sticky notes.

Many times it is necessary to standardize the sizes of sticky notes to S, M, L and I have to do this manually. I would like to be able to download SVG to integrate them vectorially in PowerPoint.
