What do you like best about the product?
I like the freedom to put ideas on the board without worrying too much about structure at first. You can start messy and organize things later, which really helps with brainstorming, planning, and more strategic discussions.

Miro solves the problem of scattered ideas and hard-to-visualize discussions. It makes it easier to align people, turn abstract thoughts into something visual, and collaborate even when the team is remote. For me, it speeds up decision-making, improves communication, and helps transform ideas into clear plans.
Facilitate Visual Collaboration, Although with Some Drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to assemble materials for online workshops and allows me to process my information visually and work collaboratively. I find it easy to use, which is very important to me. I also highly value the tags and the author of the post-its, because they help me keep track of my information. The initial setup was very simple.

Sometimes it gets stuck with the amount of information I use. And I miss the bulk mode. The AI of Slides is somewhat slow and doesn't do what I want.

What do you dislike about the product?
Gets slow with big boards – once a board gets crowded, lag becomes very real.
Too many objects = chaos – hard to find things, easy to accidentally move or delete stuff.
Zoom fatigue – constant zooming in/out can feel disorienting.
Clutter creep – boards turn into messy walls of stickies with no clear hierarchy.

A Perfect Tool for Seamless Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to collaborate with my team on brainstorming sessions, project planning, and idea visualization. It’s extremely helpful for aligning everyone on the same page, running workshops, and turning ideas into clear action plans. I like how Miro combines brainstorming, planning, and collaboration into one platform. The real-time updates, templates, and flexibility of the boards help teams work faster, stay aligned, and turn ideas into clear outcomes. Integrating Miro with tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Zoom helps streamline collaboration, share boards easily, and keep communication and planning aligned across tools. The setup process was smooth and simple. The basic setup—creating boards and inviting collaborators—was quick, and we were able to get started right away. A short learning curve was manageable with the available templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many features available, there can be a slight learning curve for new users. Improving onboarding tutorials and simplifying navigation for beginners. For beginners, onboarding could be improved with a more guided, step-by-step walkthrough that explains core features when users first open a board. Interactive tooltips, short in-app tutorials, and use-case-based starter templates would help new users understand how to use Miro effectively. Simplifying the menu layout and clearly highlighting commonly used tools would also make navigation more intuitive and reduce the initial learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves scattered ideas and inefficient collaboration by providing a shared space for brainstorming, planning, and feedback. It helps my team stay aligned, supports real-time collaboration, and turns ideas into actionable plans, making teamwork seamless and efficient.
