Efficient Collaboration, Slightly Overwhelming UI

  • January 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Miro for team collaboration, brainstorming ideas, and project planning. It helps my team work together in real time, share ideas visually, and organize projects in one central space. We use it to map out workflows, collect feedback, and turn creative discussions into clear action plans. I like how easy it is to collaborate in real time, thanks to the intuitive interface, flexible templates, and visual tools which make brainstorming and project planning more efficient for the whole team. The initial setup was quick and easy, only took a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for new users, because of the many features and tools. The large number of tools can feel overwhelming and some features are hard to find. Better onboarding and a more customizable toolbar would help improve the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for team collaboration, brainstorming, and project planning. It keeps everything in one place, making collaboration easier and improving team alignment. We map workflows, gather feedback, and transform ideas into action plans.

Great for collaboration and workshops, but needs structure

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is how flexible it is for collaboration and brainstorming. It’s great for workshops, ideation sessions, and mapping out flows or processes with multiple people at the same time. The infinite canvas makes it easy to think visually without constraints, and features like sticky notes, templates, and comments make collaboration feel lightweight and intuitive. It works especially well for cross-functional teams where not everyone is a designer.
What do you dislike about the product?
As boards grow, they can quickly become cluttered and hard to navigate. Performance can slow down with large or long-running boards, and it takes discipline to keep things organized. Some design-related tasks feel limited compared to more specialized tools, and moving from a messy brainstorming board to something more structured often requires cleanup or exporting work elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of remote and cross-functional collaboration by giving teams a shared visual space to think together. Instead of long meetings or scattered docs, it allows ideas, feedback, and decisions to live in one place. For me, the biggest benefit is alignment. It helps teams get on the same page quickly, especially during early discovery, workshops, or planning sessions.

Miro Makes Real-Time Collaboration Effortless with a Flexible Infinite Canvas

  • January 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is how effortlessly it brings people together. The real-time collaboration feels smooth and intuitive, whether the team is brainstorming, planning sprints, or mapping out complex ideas. The infinite canvas, templates, and integrations with tools like Jira, Slack, and Google Drive make it incredibly flexible. It adapts well to different workflows, from product discovery to retrospectives, without feeling cluttered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very large boards can sometimes feel heavy specially when there are lots of images or widgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our product development team, Miro solves the challenge of aligning distributed teams, collaboration and turning abstract ideas into something visual and actionable. It replaces our emails, documents, and endless meetings with a shared space where everyone can contribute at the same time. This has improved collaboration, sped up design decision-making, and made workshops and planning sessions far more engaging and productive especially in our hybrid work environments.

  • January 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to collaborate with my team, organizing weekly ideas for creative ads at our remote company. It helps me a lot to visualize ideas and organize content more efficiently by uploading video/images and linking to different sources. I find the interface very nice, intuitive, and easy to use. I use their AI features a lot to check grammar or summarize ideas. I also connect Miro with Drive, and it works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love if they offer more easy to use templates for specific projects. They're not that easy to understand at first, so if they have a more intuitive guide with each template would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visualize ideas and organize content efficiently by allowing uploads of videos and images, and linking to different sources.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the practicality of Miro and the way to create and edit. I found the initial setup easy and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the organization part could have some way to align all the blocks in a generic, broad manner, by selecting everything and asking to make the spacings equal and alignments as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to map processes and as a reference and training tool to follow processes, both at work and for personal goals.
