An intuitive tool excellent for visualization

  • January 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive operation of Miro. It's easy to attach shapes and sticky notes, making it clear to reflect feedback and share good points. Furthermore, the simplicity of the initial setup, allowing you to start using it immediately after logging into your account, is also great. Additionally, Miro helps us visualize our product's customer journey and visualize business flows to gain consensus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to perform parallel movement. I want to move left and right while holding down the shift key, but in that case, multiple selection is prioritized. Since I often use the same box multiple times, it's easier to understand if they are visually aligned, but because I can't perform parallel movement, I can't quickly tidy up the appearance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps visualize product customer journeys and business workflows to gain consensus. Its operation is intuitive, making it easy to share feedback and good points. Additionally, you can start immediately once you log in to your account.

Intuitive Design, Perfect for Visual Planning

  • January 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for visual collaboration and planning, and I love how intuitive it is. It makes it easier for other teams to understand my brainstorming and vision, especially as a graphic designer. Miro really enables me to streamline my process. I love the different templates it has to offer and the sticky notes. These features make it easier and save time. The initial setup was very easy, which is a big plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limitation on boards for free users and embedding the documents. There could be a limit, but I reckon such features should be available for free users as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easier for teams to understand my brainstorming and vision, streamlining my graphic design process. It also saves time with its intuitive interface and diverse templates.

Intuitive Design, But Spreadsheet Needs Work

  • January 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is intuitive and allows you to put together different forms of documents that can then be PDFed and exported. It really helps me map out the fine-tune details of a process, which is crucial for my work on qualifying an ISO 13485 company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the spreadsheet function can be improved, it is not as easy to use or export. Have it align with the way that Excel makes their spreadsheets that way importing from Excel is transferable, and vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to make process maps and finalize them before writing procedures. Miro lets me map out the fine-tune details of a process.

Miro Makes Team Brainstorming and Collaboration Effortless

  • January 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how easy it makes collaboration and brainstorming for teams. It provides a flexible, visual workspace where ideas, user flows, wireframes, and feedback can all live in one place. Features like sticky notes, templates, real-time collaboration, and infinite canvas help teams align quickly, especially during workshops and early-stage planning. It’s particularly useful for organizing thoughts, mapping user journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Miro is that boards can become cluttered and hard to navigate, especially when multiple people are collaborating at the same time. Performance can sometimes slow down on large boards, and finding specific content can be challenging without strong organization. Additionally, some advanced features and templates are limited to paid plans, which can be a drawback for smaller teams or individual users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of scattered ideas and unstructured collaboration by providing a single visual workspace for brainstorming, planning, and early-stage design thinking. It helps teams align quickly by allowing everyone to contribute ideas, feedback, and flows in real time.

For me, it’s especially helpful in organizing thoughts, mapping user journeys, and participating confidently in workshops and discussions. As a junior designer, Miro helps me understand the bigger picture, collaborate better with teams, and turn ideas into clear, structured design directions.

Essential for Visual Collaboration, but AI Needs Improvement

  • January 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro's flexibility in using features to easily create and manage multiple boards. I love its ability to collaborate in real-time with peers, allowing us to work on boards simultaneously. Also, the features like auto-connecting notes or boxes are really handy and save me a lot of time. The collaboration features, comments, and board management tools are valuable. I like how I can present frames, and the comments are especially useful for async work, letting me tag teammates for specific feedback, which helps to keep details organized and prevents them from getting lost. Setting up Miro was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried the AI generation features but they still miss a lot of context, still not something that I would use daily, helpful as a starting point but not in later stages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me connect the dots, think through visual clarity, and keep my thoughts organized. Its flexibility with features for board management and real-time collaboration with peers makes life easier, saving time with small intuitive features.

Collaborative Planning Made Easy with Miro

  • January 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that multiple people can work on a board at the same time, which makes collaboration easier. I also enjoy the drag and drop features and being able to place different segments in various areas on the board. Additionally, I appreciate the flexibility that the different boards offer us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find some of the templated boards a little hard to use, and extending the back of the flow charts sometimes a little hard. Some of the digital campaign planning templates are very hard to personalize and mold to what we need. For example, the Digital Campaign Planning one, I find a little confusing where to start and what I'm meant to be doing with all the different boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows us to visualize an overview of our current systems, projects, and customer flows, highlighting gaps in service and information. It helps us plan digital media, marketing campaigns, and customer journeys across various departments.
