Transforms Project Visualization and Collaboration

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able visualize projects and specific features changes how we are able to communicate with our customers and work on internal projects. The flexibility to start with a tempalte or start fresh is huge. I use templates to help run workshops and meetings. But then always use the blank start to put notes on current projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is so flexible, it can be overwhelming to get simple things done - but that is more of my workflow problem, not a Miro issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with project plans that used to be hard for our customers to visual. It helps with internal planning and prioritizing. It is our go to if we are having a hard time communicating with our clients. We can always put something in Miro to help us show what we are talking about.

Efficient AI Assistant for GTM Strategy and Team Ideation

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The AI assistant is an efficient thought partner when building GTM strategy boards, ideation boards with teams, and building visuals for pipelines and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience can have added friction if shared team members use the functions differently. Some people like to organically create boards, while others use AI for board generation. This can cause more work to redo items that team members add when there's not a standard of best practices in building boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a key tool for building visuals to share with team members, whether it may be ideas, pipeline automation, or workflow strategy, this has been a great benefit to my current scope of work.

Incredible Versatility to Manage Projects of All Types

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the versatility that Miro provides, as it can be used both as a simple board for notes and as a complete environment to organize all the stages of more complex projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the way the projects I'm involved in are organized is not very efficient. It would be better if the homepage displayed the most recent projects I worked on first, as those are usually the ones I want to access again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves a major challenge in organizing ideas, especially in projects involving multidisciplinary and remote teams. Through the platform, it is possible to follow all stages in real time, which makes communication more fluid during project execution.

Effortless Collaboration, Perfect for Tutors!

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its ease of use and wide range of features, including tools like highlighting, pen, and text. These tools make it easier to collaborate, instruct effectively, and work through problems together. The platform's features like inserting images and being able to highlight and add notes and text improve collaboration and shared work. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Miro had smart tracking so that if I highlight or add notes over an uploaded image, there's a way to make the highlighting and text move with the image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enhances collaboration, shared work, and allows for easy insertion of images, highlighting, and notes. It makes it easier to collaborate, instruct, and solve problems together effectively.

Ultimate Tool for Remote Team Collaboration

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create boards with Miro, which lets me focus on what actually matters: the content, journey maps and solutions. It's this great tool that allows me to build a base quickly and then layer in complexity as needed. I also appreciate their AI system, which provides a basic foundation that I can customize to my specific needs rather than jumping to generate ideas for me. I prefer having control over customization. Additionally, I really like the add-on features like team voting and the timer. These simple tools help us get into a flow state, making collaboration sessions more effective as everyone remains aligned. It's great to have those power tools that enhance the experience. Miro's straightforward setup is another plus, as it doesn't involve operational complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've consistently had challenges with the sharing capabilities in Miro, especially related to enterprise accounts. When I go into sessions with teammates, it usually takes about five minutes to ensure everyone is signed in and has access to the boards from an authorization and login standpoint. This challenge isn't specific to just my org as I've experienced it in other organizations as well. It's something that's consistently annoying to deal with, particularly because I use Miro very heavily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows my team to collaborate remotely, capturing alignment and facilitating brainstorming. For a team that only comes together 1x per year, having the ability to come together virtually and brainstorm/ideate in an effective way is absolutely critical. It's great for creating and prioritizing ideas as well as mapping user journeys for strategic planning.

Essential for Organizing and Developing Design Projects

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use it to replicate methods and procedures for my design projects. In this way, I frequently use boards and tools to maintain the structure and develop all my projects in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation of three boards per person on the free plan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
He stores all my constructions in one place, meaning all my projects from the last 4 years are stored securely and online.

An indispensable tool with an easy interface

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro for everything: personal planning, creating mood boards, designing architecture, and conducting meetings, which I hold exclusively in Miro. I appreciate the ease of the interface because it allows me not to think about how to do something, but to focus on where I want to go. New participants quickly understand how to use Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crashes. In the grid and in the names of elements like frames - it's inconvenient to edit names. In the grid, it's inconvenient that lowercase letters are the default. And it's also inconvenient when I create a new board - the stickers are too large, I have to adjust the scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a single canvas where I can show the big picture and details, simplifying personal planning and conducting meetings.

Real-Time Collaboration with Performance to Improve

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual simplicity of Miro, which makes everyday use very intuitive. Real-time collaboration is one of the best features, as it allows me to request feedback without interrupting the meeting. I love the flexibility of the infinite canvas that Miro offers, as well as the ready-to-use templates, which make the work much easier. The interactive dynamics are effective and greatly assist in meetings. The history tracking is a feature I consider essential, as it protects real-time information. The seamless integration with other tools is another big plus. Additionally, corporate security provides confidence, and the app's mobility allows me to access and work from anywhere. Finally, I notice a tangible reduction in time spent on tasks with the use of Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Lack of advanced filters; 2) Boards become very heavy and slow over time; 3) Version control is very limited, it should be better; 4) Mobile app is weak.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro resolves information fragmentation, lack of clarity in responsibilities, and opaque timelines. It also deals with workflow bottlenecks, inefficient communication during meetings, and resource allocation conflicts.

Polished, Smooth Collaboration Even in Low-Bandwidth Environments

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Smooth interactions even in low-bandwidth situations. I also love all the little things, like being able to quickly focus on a collaborator's pointer. The app also has a nice polish to it - that's important for me because it sometimes is an additional incentive to go to the boards and do work. In other words, our team rarely fights with the UI to do the right thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be just me, but I actually hate trying to change line endpoints, getting a line to be the default, and keeping a default style/shape selecting during diagramming. In other words, I feel that I go back and forth on the side panel a lot when creating a diagram of what feels to me repeating patterns. But, it just may be that I need to level up my game.

Also, scaling is frequently a pain. What zoom level was this board made at? 10%? 1000%? It reminds me of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy when a rogue alien culture set out to destroy the Earth the first time. They planned forever, swarmed the planet, bent on destruction, only to realize that a dog was an immense organic lifeform that could swallow their fleet in its entirety (or something like that).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time and async collaboration across a distributed team. We have improved our shared mental model, reduced cognitive load, and laughed together on dozens of projects. We get things done with quality baked in. Thank you, Miro team.

Visual Organization with Flexibility and Integration

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly like the flexibility and visual interface of Miro, which make it easy to organize tasks, priorities, and ideas in one place. Miro allows me to visualize all tasks in a single space instead of having them scattered. I especially like the freedom Miro offers to create custom boards and set up task boards in the format that makes the most sense to me, without being stuck to a rigid structure. This is great for day-to-day planning and for visualizing medium and long-term tasks. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
For more detailed task management, such as deadlines, responsibilities, and automations, it is still necessary to complement Miro with other more specific tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visualize all tasks in a single space, organizing my workflow in a flexible and visual way. I like the freedom to create custom boards, which makes daily planning and long-term task visualization easier.
