Essential for Remote Collaboration and Planning
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's scope and the possibility of creating different things. As I work remotely, it helps me create collaborative boards that we would do in person, but now digitally and remotely. The initial setup of Miro was smooth, and with the updates and the Portuguese version, everything became clearer and more educational.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be a selection of the most classic templates in Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visually organize ideas, visualize processes, and categorize content, creating collaborative boards remotely.
Collaborative and Efficient tool for who is visual
What do you like best about the product?
How easy is to create and manage dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is difficult to manage access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specially when I am creating flows and processes (like customer journey for projects) or when I am doing brainstorm/problem discovery with my team.
Miro's Flexibility and Ease of Use Outshine Competitors
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how big the Miro board is, and you can draw in every size you want. This helps with large stuff and micro stuff. This flexibility and freedom are really useful when drawing prototypes, flows, and organizing the project. It also helps me a lot because sometimes the flow I work on consists of many steps. I'm developing many screens, like 112 to 120, so I need a lot of space, and I want to have everything on one board. It lets everyone see both the macro and micro aspects of my work. Miro helps me to show the connections between features, allowing me to reuse fields on screens, which improves our speed. The setup was real easy, I think I just learned in one or two days, no big deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that it would be nice if I could maybe say to an AI, some kind of field that are button or thing that I want to do. Maybe, upload an image and they understand what I'm trying to do and they create this component on Miro. So, like, a logo or maybe a specific field with some kind of curvature because sometimes I want to do a square, but not linear. I want it to have a certain angle on the board. So it will be nice if I could control this and maybe go even more micro because I think the macro is good. But on the macro, I think we could improve, enhance this going even more smaller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to clearly communicate my ideas with my team, organize thoughts easily with its intuitive features, and visually connect project elements, enhancing team understanding and improving workflow clarity.
Intuitive, Collaborative Platform for Team Alignment and Problem Solving
What do you like best about the product?
Upsides: intuitive and collaborative space to help a group of people, or a team, align themselves to work better together, better investigate the problems we want to solve, and create better solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside: I have been experiencing a lot of slowness when loading Miros and images within the boards.
I cannot say whether this is a problem with the application, my notebook, or the infrastructure/security on Novobanco's side.
This happens on boards where I haven't even started using anything with AI or any widgets, templates, blueprints, recordings, Roadmap, integrations.
Normally, just using a few images, some frames, stickers, and dot voting, is enough to cause the board to take more than 5 seconds to open when I'm accessing it.

Intuitive and Stylish Interactive Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro useful for making our meetings more interactive and going over projects in depth with stakeholders. I like showing it to clients because it looks nice and is easy to work with. I appreciate the intuitive way you can move around on a Miro board, and I really like the styling. Also, the initial setup was very easy, and once you get the hang of the navigation, it's great to use. I like being able to make comments in real time that clients can see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it hard when we create sticky notes that they turn out larger or smaller than I expected. This is only at the start of a call or a meeting though, the behavior gets better over time. I also find the tables sometimes counterintuitive, it is not that easy to get them to look how I want them to look. The size of the sticky notes seems to be completely independent of the zoom that you have on the Miro board. I think there should be a link there. In the tables, it would be nice to be able to split up cells into multiple cells.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes meetings more interactive, adding depth to project discussions. It's easy to work with, allowing real-time comments that clients can see. Its intuitive design and styling enhance client presentations.
Infinite Canvas and Effortless Collaboration with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Miro is the sense of working on an endless canvas, which makes it feel like anything is possible. It allows me to design a wide range of collaborative experiences for my team, whether we're meeting face-to-face or collaborating remotely. The platform is extremely intuitive, enabling anyone to jump in and contribute right away without needing to learn complicated features. I also find the template library particularly helpful—it inspires new ideas and simplifies the process of organizing workshops, brainstorming sessions, team retrospectives, or discussions about processes. Combined with the other real-time collaboration tools, Miro truly enables a shared environment where creativity and teamwork can flourish naturally.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that the boards can become heavy and slow when they grow too large. Beyond that, the limitations of the free plan can be quite restrictive, especially for teams that want to collaborate regularly. One of the biggest drawbacks is the way permissions work: if you give someone editing access to a board, you’re essentially granting them access to all your boards, which is a major inconvenience. It makes it difficult to manage collaboration securely and forces you into a paid plan sooner than you might expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been helpful for team collaboration and for facilitating sessions with remote teams.
Intuitive, Powerful, and Free: Ideal for Diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is simple, intuitive, and at the same time powerful. I greatly value that the tool allows sharing with others reasonably and at no cost, which has made it easier for me to refine ideas by sharing diagrams with others. Additionally, the ease of learning is remarkable, as it took me very little effort to start using it, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The commands to move in the environment can improve in simple movements along the x and y axes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to diagram ideas and processes, create mind maps and flowcharts. It is simple, intuitive, and powerful. I can share diagrams easily and at no cost, refining ideas with others.
Easy Collaboration, Needs Feature Focus
What do you like best about the product?
I find the ease of use really valuable in Miro, and I like that it's becoming a standard tool that I can share with my colleagues. This was not the case before, as only a few of us were using it. I appreciate the addition of new features, although I mostly rely on the Post-it and text boxes to collect and communicate thoughts and host workshops. Being able to capture my thoughts in the form of screenshots, notes, and documents on a board is a key benefit for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often experience downtime when Miro loads or reloads. Images I know are on my Miro board are often not showing, then I have to reload Miro to see them. I often paste text and am met with a text limit, so I have to paste text from documents outside Miro onto 2-3-4 different text areas in Miro - irritating. Miro has also been adding AI features that are not mature - creating images, for instance. They tend to be comically bad but should focus more on the core features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to capture and organize my thoughts with screenshots, notes, and documents. It's easy to use and has become a standard tool for preparing workshops and structuring user research, enabling better communication.
Facilitated Collaboration and Continuous Evolution
What do you like best about the product?
It is a constantly evolving tool that makes collaboration between teams much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find something I don't like. In general, perhaps the tool could offer more options for stickers and emojis to make the boards even more fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to being able to collaborate more efficiently with my colleagues, I am also able to present my ideas to superiors in a more visual way. This makes the reception of the materials easier, improves their understanding, and contributes to my professional development.
Absolutely Perfect—No Cons at All
What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient and user-friendly. A lot of teams and users can participate, leave comments, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we are using free plan, there is a certain number of boards, that we can edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I work in e-mail marketing for me it is very convenient to draw flow of certain customers' journeys.
