Cool and Powerful collaboration tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
We have integrated Miro with Teams as an Add-On. Wherever possible, we are using the whiteboard feature in Complete flexible, collaborative Environment. It's beneficial for remote work as well. Its Integration with Jira is very simple and makes the entire Project management as smooth as possible. As a customer support representative, it's very useful for tracking Change Requests and Service Requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report, if we have different pricing models that will be helpful for Freelancers and Entrepreniers. If Add-On is available for Zoom Meetings also, that will be helpful.

Excellent collaboration feature set. Seamless free form interaction for an international team.
What do you like best about the product?
Wonderful collection of templates for facilitation of every kind of session. Excellent collection of tools for ideation, time keeping, design, planing and team rituals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit awkward to share newly created boards since my team uses a browser version while I use App. However, they recently added Launch in the app so that problems are solved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agile team rituals, design, and planning, decision-making sessions, information radiation. Real-time collaboration with our international team across the ocean.
Essential collaboration tool for remote and hybrid teams
What do you like best about the product?
For the teams I work with, Miro has completely replaced whiteboards, and become an essential tool wherever we need complete flexibility in a collaborative environment.
We use it a lot for ideation sessions, brainstorming work, for benchmarking and gathering screenshots, for objective setting and for visual product roadmaps.
We also use it for exploring team configurations in a visual way.
Remote work would be a lot more challenging without Miro.

What do you dislike about the product?
In a large organisation actively using Miro it can become challenging to organise all the boards, and it seems that they can sometimes sprawl out.
Any tool could suffer this challenge, but it feels like without active management, it's possible to generate a lot of old and out-of-date content.
Also, for more formal documentation like RFCs, architectural decision documents, onboarding documents etc where we don't need the realtime group collaboration features of Miro we tend to use alternative more document-centric and database-linked collaboration platforms.

Miro gives our remote and hybrid teams high-quality, collaborative, persistent workspaces to share ideas and work together.
We are more productive in our calls.
It's easy to use, and onboarding is straight-forward while still having enough depth for power-users.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while searching or going through Miro boards we click and some items move up and down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially in team workshops, the tool is quite helpful in working collaboratively. Also the boards are available to work in the future as agile developments.
The only way to communicate ideas
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for all technology levels involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvements within tagging (other than post it notes) and more interaction within other applications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping ides organized with the ability for team members to modify with ease

- It is easy to work out the functions, I have used it for a couple of months, and it is simple for me to use.
- I'm discovering more features every day; the icons feature has been a favourite, and I have added visuals to make my boards exciting and creative.
- Anything I add looks professional.
- I like that I can create process models; they are easy to edit and change.
- I like the icons and stickers I can put on my boards
- It's been great for team retrospectives
- The timer and music make meetings more interactive and fun
- It is unlike any application I have used; I don't know how I haven't discovered it sooner.
- I like the voting options, it makes it a lot quicker than just dot voting.
- It's easy to add comments and place them so they are easy for the user to see where I'm talking about.

What do you dislike about the product?
- It is not immediately clear what some App add-ons are within Miro. Until I use it or Google it, I don't know what it's for.
- My team store information in case any are accidentally deleted in Miro.
- My team can't rely on having information stored on Miro only. We store information visually on Miro but also have a document with the information to back it up in case it's lost.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to put information from analysis on current systems within my organisation. It allows me to present the information in an easy to read and visual way for my team to understand. It makes the experience of my team looking at information much better than a long boring document. I can put visual graphs, process models, and create a journey for my team to follow frame by frame.
One of the best collaborative whiteboard tools
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using Miro and the ability to collaborate. A lot of features are very intuitive, and I do not need to struggle to figure out anything while using the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see a few more commonly used templates - like org structure planning which can help in business discussions as well. Currently felt that was missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping me in effectively collaborating with my team members, real-time updates from across team members, multiple boards and templates for collaboration.
Best in class software for visual collaboration online
What do you like best about the product?
Infinite whiteboard and real time feedback in my opinion are most crutial features in Miro. By using a lot of pre defined templates you are basically able to handle any kind of on-line collaborative session - brainstorming, retrospectives and a lot more!
Also integrations with task management software makes usage of Miro much more efficient, tasks are created with literally one click!

What do you dislike about the product?
For me a little bit annoying is that every time when you log in through web application you are prompted to use desktop one, and application is asking for that every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving problem of visual collaboration in remote environment. It makes a lot of sense to use Miro for team activities or retro calls, also for planning sessions in case of those can't be handled in person.
Awesome tool to Collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
A few things can not be explained in words and need pictorial representation. Miro is a great tool to expedite the same. It provides a blank canvas to paint around and put your thoughts to life.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be a great feature if we can present the miro board in slide mode with some basic effects. Sometimes you end up having a complex miro board, and when you try to explain someone, it's quite hard for someone to follow around. It would be great if we had a slide-type feature where some part comes first, followed by others. Additionally, the icon library can be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can put complex journeys into a straightforward pictorial/graphical representation. It makes me and my team's life easy, and Miro is my go-to tool for any brainstorming activity.
A team collaboration has never been easier

Miro provides the utmost flexibility and dynamics when it comes to positioning and resizing the shapes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overpriced, project organization is a bit cumbersome process
