Without a Doubt, my most favourite Paid App!
What do you like best about the product?
Some of the things I love about Miro is that it is a landscape for my creativity,
as a group facilitator, I am constantly pushing the edges of how a virtual platform can transcend the boundaries
and common complaints of boring virtual meetings to become a creative, playful, engaging landscape with your imagination as the limit of how
to use the myriad of features within Miro. I even use it with my nieces and nephews who live elsewhere and we play together on Miro, which even my MOM can understand how to use it and join us.
It's easy to use, and anonymous editors/contributors gives me EASY way to invite any amount of collaborators to join me,
whether if i be giving a training, or brain-storming / researching with colleagues. The links are super neat and tidy btw too.
I honestly recommend Miro to use for everyone. It's like Google Jam Board on Steroids with WAY WAY WAY more functionality.
I know I'm raving about it because I seriously love this APP. Without a doubt my favourite paid APP service that I use for my business.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've only had to engage customer support once which is not a problem.
For me and my needs, I don't have any current complaints.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is how to create more aliveness in virtual collaborations and virtual meetups.
I don't use the on-board video much but it's a great feature to have.

What do you dislike about the product?
- the way that they are limiting the access to templates. Unlike other companies like Apple for example, that continue to not only improve their software but add more to their services, Miro is starting to charge/limit access to templates/features in general with the different subscriptions and that is something not wise to do.

Best tool to bring what you have in your mind into a simple and understandable visual.
What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Miro, in fast meetings, I am able to act and react fast to new ideas to visualize them in the best way possible. Among the other solutions, Miro provides fasteset and most efficient solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a feature where we could "bind" additionally to the "group" when stacking a small picture to another bigger picture. Small photoshop features would make Miro better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Miro, I am solving complex ideas, processes, or brainstorm sessions and visualizing them. When in large meetings, I can act fast to visualize and organize everything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As this product have many features, new users should check every service and tool the Miro provides. I believe Miro will be the ultimate solution among other choices.
The tool that we use for planning, collaboration, brainstorming and ideating!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Miro for me is that it allows me to be messy and organised at the same time – I like that I can open 'quick and dirty' boards and go crazy in them and be able to put them away for later. On the more serious side I really like the features for group meetings like voting (with music!) – It makes working at a distance a bit more fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when there are reaaaaaally big boards things can get a little slow - but it doesn't happen too often. Another feature I would like to see are stickies that automatically show the author and that the selection of items be persistent when undoing an action – i.e. I select a bunch of things, move them to the wrong place, undo and then NOT have to reselect everything. Also I wish you could make a frame 'mirror' that could be pasted in other boards and update 'magically' across multiple boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like to use it for user research – instead of using super deep tools for analysis, we like to keep things leaner. We use miro for script-based analysis boards so that we can take insights during interviews directly. After this is it easy to do affinity mapping and diagramming.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Miro is a powerful collaborative tool that gets you ready to fly! Transform ideas into action, streamline teamwork, and achieve your goals with ease. Perfect for agile teams, project managers, and creative thinkers looking to elevate their collaboration game.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, a facilitator can't prepare content on the fly behind the scenes. However, this limitation doesn’t pose a significant disadvantage for the majority of use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've tried them all: Miro is best
What do you like best about the product?
Having tried competitors such as Lucid, Mural, Collaboard, etc.. I have found that Miro takes the win by far. I have used Miro for years - and took a break recently when joining a new team, who used another collaborative platform. After a year and a bit, the team and I realised that we needed more capability, things needed to be easier - and we needed something more reliable and more integrated with our existing processes. We looked back to Miro - and in the space of just one year, Miro had completely revolutionised the space - adding so many features and functions that we were desperate for... So, we are now in a transitional period of switching back to Miro and really excited.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't fully explored the Academy yet, but from a first glance, it didn't seem entirely inspiring. I may eat my own words here, but when learning Webflow, I REALLY enjoyed working through Webflow University. Miro Academy looks and feels similar, but I wonder if it is the right format to learn. I wonder if it is possible to do tutorials WITHIN the Miro boards themselves. Again, this feedback may be entirely inaccurate as I am still transitioning into Miro (from Lucid).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work on Miro in a few different ways...
In both Internal and client facing scenarios, we use (or will use) Miro for:
Brainstorming, idea generation, wireframing, workshopping, innovation and rapid design, design thinking, framework transfer... We have found that Miro works JUST as well remotely as it does when we are in the same room.... Goodbye whiteboards and post-its.... hello digitised, user friendly, access-anywhere boards which nobody needs to document after each session.
