What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very easy to use for beginners and well suited in real time collaboration. Many features make collaboration /visualisation work very smoothly.
> Bring all users to the same point in a diagram with a click
> Simple sillouhette/map at bottom right for fast navigation
> Connectors / arrows auto adjust curvature around other objects - aesethically pleasing compared to sharp right-angles of other platforms
> Number of extensions / tools are easy to access and extend fairly basic default features (e.g. add icons, add t
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the default features are quite basic:
> Tables in particular are very basic and a little clunky to use or add data too.
> There are few functions to manage/organize pages. You can add pages to a folder ('project'), but some additional features such as tags or subfolders would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
> Diagrams are easy to produce and aesthetically pleasing
> Real time collaboration features are the best I've used - very straightforward to edit boards simultaneously without getting in each others way, and the updated are truly real time for all users.

I always recommend Miro as a go-to whiteboard

What do you like best about the product?
It is so intuitive and easy to pick up. I've had many people not use Miro before and come to use it for one of my workshops or sessions and pick up how to use it very quickly. I personally like diagramming and wireframing for my job as it's quick and easy to apply quick digital sketches of user journeys and flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the removal of the web capture feature with no real explanation for why. I was directed to an article but it didn't outline any reason for the removal. There was speculation that perhaps it wasn't used enough, that it was buggy etc. But I really used it a lot in my work. Of course there are system workarounds, but I now feel like it's not worth my time and I might as well use other programs such as Figma or Figjam to host web clippings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to house my brain dumps and still make sense of it. I am able to walk people through my thinking behind a topic and I'm able to draw out flows and journeys a lot easier than other apps or programs. It makes it easy to share my work without having to adjust permissions all the time and is one of the easiest share settings around.

Miro is an incredible platform as soon as you need a team to collaborate online, and even offline.
Compared to other great platforms, Miro impressed me by the number of templates and the ability to accept a huge number of participants (up to 400 at the same time).

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro's collaborative workspace is very interesting. It facilitates real-time brainstorming and communication between team members.
I also appreciate the ability to share and organize creative assets, such as images, videos and documents.
Additionally, the design is intuitive, and the user interface makes it simple to create visuals quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can be difficult to set up and require extensive onboarding for users to properly understand how to use them. They are real-time collaborations and some visuals.
And the customization options are limited, which may make it challenging to create complex visuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create visuals such as flowcharts, wireframes, and organizational charts. It is a good system for sharing and organizing assets, and its customization settings perfectly fit the desired aesthetic.
As a result, our workflow is smooth, and communications are more accessible than ever.
And the creative team has developed such interesting projects in a time record.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has a clean and intuitive user interface, a robust set of features and a remarkable ability to integrate with a variety of third-party apps that make it an ideal tool for teams of any size.
And its real time collaboration tools make it easy to make quick changes and stay up to date with project progress no matter where team members are located.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the features are robust, they may not meet the exact needs of their team in some cases. Additionally, the integration with third-party apps may not be as seamless as a consultant would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an IT Consultant, I have found that Miro is an excellent tool for facilitating collaboration among teams. With its intuitive user interface, teams share progress and make changes to projects.
Additionally, Miro's analytics and reporting tools can provide me with valuable insights into performance trends and optimization opportunities.
