Mirroring your thoughts with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Templates give you an idea to start with, and then use their easy and intuitive tools to complete what you have in mind. You can also export multiple versions of these assets if you need to integrate them to other documents. The best part is having an app as well as an online interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some export sizes are not suitable for integration as well as large file sizes make working online a bit harder than on the desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System Architecture, Ideation, and storyboarding are my primary use cases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You just need to try it once to understand the difference.
Top app for creating variety of helpful boards and perform collaborative workshops remotely
What do you like best about the product?
I think Miro is the top app for creating boards and later exporting them to different software. For now, I don't know any better alternatives. It made my everyday work much more structured but also colorful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I am receiving some problems with logging in or Opening Miro App; servers went down twice since I was using it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any PM-related stuff - from Roadmaps to Retrospectives boards. One of the most significant benefits is undoubtedly the improvement in communication and collaboration when using Collaborative Boards.
One of the few tools really built upon users´needs
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is there where u would imagine it is. Commands are simple to use and super intuitive. It´s incredibly flexible and powerful. In my company Miro is largely utilised in diverse areas and teams. Templates are a very nice touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of features is growing fast, I see sometimes too may new additions which I could also live without. They could compromise a bit the flexibility. A part from this everything works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can brainstorm, visualise and analyse problems, draw user flows and even produce low-fi wireframes. It´s versatile also to represent organigrams and teams, and in general to think about changes in the team structure can happen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it for its user experience and versatility.
Exactly what you need to run a tech company
What do you like best about the product?
UI/UX is the best, modern and simple.
What most products forget is that we don't have all the time to learn a new tool, so, the simpler it is, the better it is.

Enabler for hybrid working & remote workshop facilitation
What do you like best about the product?
Great features for collaborating in real-time on boards.
Specifically, the ability to drop high res images, files, etc onto boards, and replicate the typical whiteboard scenario that we would have in an office.
Specifically, the ability to drop high res images, files, etc onto boards, and replicate the typical whiteboard scenario that we would have in an office.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can sometimes be a need for users to refresh the page if the board isn't updating. Enterprise SSO solutions are great but can make sharing with third parties difficult - it would be great if there were a secure yet passwordless solution for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Miro as a Business Analyst to lead workshops, collaborate with colleagues and map requirements, data flows, processes, etc., rapidly at a conceptual level, ahead of any formal documentation in the usual tools - e.g. Jira, Visio, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not all digital whiteboard tools are equal - it's worth testing a few others in practice before making a decision. I found Miro to be the most effective for my work as some other platforms lacked the speed and stability needed, as well as the usual features.
Best tool I ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is blazing fast and very intuitive. It has a lot of collaboration features that let you do a lot of work with your teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate more UML templates for programmers and software architects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I honestly use Miro for everything - starting from brainstorming, management, time tracking, meetings, up to code architecture and UML diagrams.
Great tool for visualization!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the best tool I've used to keep track of things and keep my priorities straight. I LOVE how visual it is, compared to other task management tools, and it's so easy to stay organized using simple, straightforward visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I wouldn't say I like since there is so much creative freedom to create what works best for me. I think it would be helpful to create a template that makes it easier to keep track of where I'm at with completing tasks in different categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Miro to share a collaborative to-do list with my team. Miro makes it really easy to visualize how far projects are and how we can most effectively delegate tasks.
The best whiteboard in the world, love it
What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility , it can be used for anything . Slides , brainstorming , projects reviews with a lot of functionalities. A lot of integrations to use it with all common softwares and services
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more integrations with Google and other services . Also an integration with obsidian would be great and a better chromebook application. Also the free plan have only 3 boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming from different remote locations has never been so easy . Also voting mechanism is awesome and intuitive and allow all people to express their opinion or show thei ideas
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are searching the definitive collaborative tool Miro is the best solution
Great for distributed teams
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is so easy to use - many helpful templates get you started right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any dislikes yet - other than my monitor is sometimes too small and navigating a large miro board can be challenging sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently implemented SAFe and had our first PI event. Loved having the template available. Made getting ready for the meeting even easier - especially being remote and multi-national.
One of the best things I discovered in the pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
Miro for me is one of the best softwares that had been created. What I like the most in Miro is the opportunity to democratize the collaboration no matter how loud is your voice, no matter how much you're involved, everyone has an opportunity to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I dislike, but what I suffer the most, as a Facilitator, is explaining how Miro works and it's usability. From my perspective, I think Miro could have some "Obligatory" exercises when it's the first time the person is loggin in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solving sessions and ideation brainstormings. It's now part of my tool box to go to work.
