Miro, a great tool which is also fun to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to use, and you can even have some fun while doing so! They offer many tools to be used on your Miro boards. It is an excellent tool with many purposes. It is straightforward to import pictures from google, your files, etc. You can be used to any tool and still use those muscle memories in miro because they are well adapted to almost any pc user. I'd suggest you to give Miro a chance, and you won't regret it! You can even see who is looking at what and see what they are editing
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be harder to find a specific tool you'd like to use, but with a quick look on google, you will easily find it again and never forget. Most things are straightforward forward though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro for brainstorming sessions, mind mapping, and saving sources (URLs). On the other hand, it can also be fun to mess around during a break with colleagues.
It offers an easy way to monitor and collaborate on bringing a lot of information to 1 central place. It is an easy tool with a ton of uses.

Makes explaining issues a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability of miro to integrated notes, visuals/images and the addition of lines/shapes into one platform. Before I would use the very choppy built in photo edittor on my laptop in order to create visuals for explanation, but now I am able to build and share visuals all from the same platform. This is most helpful when troubleshooting bugs, allowing us to share information across people and time as a form of visual documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can imagine is the difficulty in using text. The nearly unlimited scaling of Miro makes it hard to make text fit well sometime, but overall this issue can be troubleshot with some experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the issue of visual documentation for us. The platform allows us to visualize our data pipelines and connections between platforms/tables in a way that was not easy before. Now it is easy and almost fun to build these visuals.
Best Product for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has everything a designer (and the team she/he works on) needs to collaborate on designs. It is an excellent tool for running idea accelerators and brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I like the product. I think some parts of the interface can use improvement, like the tabs. They are too short and cramped. Text is small, and there is not enough margin around them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with other stakeholders has been challenging until we started using Miro. Now we can store all relevant documents and images and collaborate on them.
Super easy tool for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy for our team to work together on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to learn. There is a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is not in the same place but we have a meeting like we are. It benefits our team by making distance not matter. We are more productive.
Effective collaboration for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is my favorite tool for collaborating on storyboards, especially ones that are not strictly linear, as it enables you to see the structure of the experience from a high level as well as zoom into the most minute details.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was "track-changes" like functionality so that collaborators could change someone's work directly while showing what has been changed. Instead, we add new boxes with suggestions, which works but is somewhat clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro offers a solution for collaborative storyboarding in a more flexible format that Word or Powerpoint. It lets us see all angles of, for example, a storyboard with branching narrative choices.
Great service for designers and artists to share ideas
What do you like best about the product?
You can quickly and conveniently discuss works, brainstorm ideas and create whiteboards for presentations. A large number of instruments make this experience even more enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite difficult to work with a not very fast Internet due to the large number of images that can be contained on the boards. Also, sometimes it is not very convenient to search for an image to which has been added a comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a designer. And I with my team discuss and comment all the projects that we make to measure. Also, we make presentations to show our work to the whole company.
Great user experience brings great value
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easiness with which I can create flows and charts
What do you dislike about the product?
First time I started to use Miro I had to find where the tools are
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is best about showing and creating flows, scenarios, user stories for remote teams
Streamlined Collaboration, Minor Slide Export Hiccups.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for brainstorming with my team and keeping all the notes and recordings in one place. I love using Miro AI for generating content, mainly slides. It helps me stay well-organized and streamlines the traditional, lengthy process of preparing slides. Auto grouping and content generation work well for me, and the slides generation is awesome. I find that having boards online is a great solution for effective remote collaboration. The initial setup of Miro was very easy, which was a nice plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't export generated slides to .ppt format, which is problematic when I want to share the slides with somebody for further edits or comments. Modifying generated slides is also problematic, doing it in PowerPoint would be much easier. Excel-like tables are nice, but I'd like to have the option to copy paste content from traditional Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize my brainstorming, streamline slide creation with Miro AI, and solve remote collaboration issues by keeping everything in one place.
Make your life easier and use Miro to manage projects, teams and to dos
What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates. much easier to get organized once you have a starting point and can add your own ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it is challenging to navigate the board, as it if infinite in a sense, especially when I share with team members who have never used it; they tend to get lost in the board or generally confused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
team collaboration is much easier using Miro, also keeping tracks of ideas, solutions, to dos etc. collecting feedback is also something we do a lot.
An app that never lets your ideas get out of your reach!
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like the most about this app Miro is that it never lets your thoughts, ideas or discussions among the teams out of reach for you, you can access it from anywhere across the globe without the need of memorizing anything and anyone who is a part of the team can update it according to the need, making it easier for everyone to not to update one by one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I don't but just a suggestion, is that there is scope of lot of improvement by automating things so tat we can reduce the manual work by a high degree.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The thing that Miro is doing right now, is trying to automate all the ticket process so that people don't have to do it manually on their own and they can invest that time in something more efficient.
