One of the best things I discovered in the pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
Miro for me is one of the best softwares that had been created. What I like the most in Miro is the opportunity to democratize the collaboration no matter how loud is your voice, no matter how much you're involved, everyone has an opportunity to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I dislike, but what I suffer the most, as a Facilitator, is explaining how Miro works and it's usability. From my perspective, I think Miro could have some "Obligatory" exercises when it's the first time the person is loggin in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solving sessions and ideation brainstormings. It's now part of my tool box to go to work.
Excellent tool for brining you vision to reality
What do you like best about the product?
The fluid drawing experience in Miro makes it much easier than other tools for the basics like dropping and connecting objects on the screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could add some features like yEd such as importing data like sources and destinations and help draw a base diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in global platform architecture the tool is our basic "go-to" to quickly generate drawings and bring ideas to fruition with collaboration.
Best Collaborative tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of learning and using the tool is the best part. I always find the additional tools, images, and templates I need. Collaborating with teammates is easier than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I want to extract images of my board a bit more easily without a frame, but this is in no way a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my workshops are on Miro. Best and easy to use. Everyone can contribute, keep them involved in the decision-making. Also, I like that it is very colorful.
I also use it for wireframing, creating mind maps, and product discovery.

Remote collaboration works great with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
It allows participants with different levels of experience and tech know-how to collaborate and make decisions efficiently. It has a great set of Miro and community templates that will help anyone with whatever they want to tackle with their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time Miro works flawlessly, on rare occasions there seems to be some delays which make the responsivness less than ideal. However, these situations happen very rarely and are often fixed with the following hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am facilitating design sprints, team collaboration sessions and stakeholder voting. At the start of the Pandemic it was a dealbreaker making work possible without actual in-person workshops.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a tool to accelerate your team collaboration Miro will help you do that in a fun and efficient way. All tools for facilitating, participating and viewing are there.
We always use miro to collaborate on work and meetings
What do you like best about the product?
More features and flexibility than other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a bit of a learning curve for nonspecialized users. But they get at it fast.

Consulting business
Amazing for global teams
What do you like best about the product?
Things I like most about Miro is how user-friendly it is; anyone can log in and start working. While working on a global team, it means we can all work collaboratively and pick up where we left off. I have even started using this to compile notes and workings to share them with my managers in the US and AU.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when I move a group of sticky notes, each note is displayed in the history. I think it should be more like "group moved" then you should have the option to see the group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently working on a team hub with other regions, so we have a giant whiteboard with all the sections color-coded and can expand on each area we are working on. Also, you can directly link to google docs which is pretty cool.

Miro is a handy tool to use, especially for a company working in different areas and timezones.
