Great collaboration tool very versatile
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of settings in which we can use the tool. From brainstorming to customer journey, from benchmarking to process flows, it's elementary and intuitive to use and cooperate
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I can say against this tool; perhaps the free version for small teams could have some more room for maneuver to allow small companies or small groups to use the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team cooperation during brainstorming, a place where all our journey and touchpoints are easily adjustable, workshops and icebreakers activities for new entries.
Love Miro!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is for team members to brainstorm ideas and visually see how goals can be accomplished.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve that exists when new members join in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Empowering minorities in Civil Engineering. We are showing that engineering and construction can be visual and fun.
Virtual collaboration at its best
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly create from the template library makes work visual and transparent for all to understand quickly and allows for collaboration irrelevant of the location of participants. This is critical in our current environment (virtual world), which is becoming the new normal
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find a template between the quick searches and the Miroverse - there is a vast library! But SO MANY options!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem that working in a virtual world has created! We are able to connect people irrelevant of their location to connect, visualise and simplify work
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro's ease of use for a new digital collaboration tool will be an excellent advantage for organisations that haven't used a tool like this before
Such a fun collaboration experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro community is almost a personal Google for me! I love to check all the great templates and discover creative ways to collaborate remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, designing on miro is not the best experience. It's still hard to achieve a refined design without importing images. Suggestion: not all lines must connect shapes and you could give us the power to edit the radius of rounded boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workshops, strategic planning, wireframing, remote team collaboration, brainstorming.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! Is the best whiteboard out there!
is an excellent tool for collaborating, documenting, ideating
What do you like best about the product?
Because it is in real time and I can do our workshops online
What do you dislike about the product?
the only bad point is not being able to create a financial user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Do workshops remotely and structuring ideas, strategy, action plans, documentation.
Invaluable tool for planning and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can collaborate with colleagues digitally as if they were in the same room. It makes it easier for everyone to have a say. The templates are very useful in making it easy for team members to keep track of the progress in the project. I also greatly enjoy the size of the board, which makes for a beautiful overview of the project's different plans and charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found any showstoppers. Maybe the design is a bit boxy, but in comparison to the functionality, I am willing to accept that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking projects with Gantt charts and making flow charts for development projects, and brainstorming during the project start-up phase.
Great collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use makes it an easily adoptable tool for folks. The ability to collaborate across space and time since we are a distributed company is a great benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to add more templates for Scaled Agile Framework and other agile standard tools that we use. There are many great ones, but the library should be expanded over time which it appears to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have done everything from Agile retrospectives, team building exercises, yearly objective planning for our teams. Product organization, team members assigned to teams.
Perfect for online colab
What do you like best about the product?
a ton of functionality, great for collaborating online. Easy to navigate and we can still use it for strategizing, product roadmap building, conducting workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so much coverage across so many things, sometimes (rarely, but sometimes), depth of functionalities are insufficient, but that's just a minor issue. pretty happy overall
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use miro for everything. From Product feature roadmap, over customer profiling, marketing strategies, brainstorming, to do matrix and responsibilities, it's our go to tool
My 1st 5 Hours on MIRO
What do you like best about the product?
They have excellent help information. MIRO videos are easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
An overview feature went away, but I probably just haven't learned how to bring it back into view.
It would help if MIRO made a feature-packed Two page "Cheat Sheet" pdf.
It would help if MIRO made a feature-packed Two page "Cheat Sheet" pdf.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps visualize a big messy problem, where you can literally zoom in and out on your problem, which helps one better understand the Business problem.
Miro is a must for online training
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is cleverly designed, with lots of space to work together online and many options to improve collaboration. It works fluently, with more excellent technical stability than I experienced with similar applications. Also, as a trainer, a big plus is that you can export all the board frames, which shows almost like a pdf of slides. This is a much better visual aid to send to participants than a pdf of an entire board (which is not user-friendly to read). The amount of high-quality templates that you can find in the Miroverse is also incredible!
What do you dislike about the product?
The export of a board in pdf is not OCR which is a shame. Also, when you use the "follow me" function as a facilitator, you can't click to unfollow. Sometimes as a trainer or facilitator you want to take them to a part of the board, drop them off, and yourself do some prep work for the next part. An "unfollow" function would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a trainer, with the appearance of COVID, all courses needed to be switched to online. During my offline training, I rarely used slides, only a whiteboard, and a flipchart. Participants did exercises with sticky notes. For online training, initially, I used editable PowerPoint for activities, but this was very limited. Switching to Miro gives a lot more opportunity for smooth presentation and exercises, giving an excellent training experience online (without slides). This ensured positive evaluations from participants.
