Super easy to navigate and collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to move around the board without accidentally deleting others' work. It's also easier than some other tools we have used to not get "lost" on the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's an inability to import other diagrams (like from Mural) as they have to be re-created, but I might not be totally correct on that one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process mapping, visualization, seeing where processes and workflows actually impact each other and other departments.
An intuitive remote creative collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the broad set of collaboration and ideation features that Miro provides. It has all the features one could need for collaborative brainstorming: from basic functionality sticky notes, shapes and tables, to creating templates and embedding relevant documents or media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making the best use of the extensive set of features comes with a learning curve. Overall, Miro does provide informative pop-ups and support material for getting acquainted with the tool, but matching these better to the context of the user could improve the learning process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the shift to working from home due because of the ongoing pandemic, brainstorming and ideating with colleagues had become challenging. Miro addresses this gap, and is especially powerful when working in a larger team due to the ability for everyone to contribute in parallel, and the responsiveness of the tool. The Miro boards are also a useful source of knowledge after completion of the brainstorm session, so even when this pandemic is over, there is clear value in the tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes some time to get truly familiar with the tool. Have a look at existing canvases for inspiration.

No problems. Our company has used Miro extensively during the pandemic to deliver over one hundred workshops with clients. We've developed an Enterprise Architecture toolset within Miro.

A best visual design tool for collaboration and mind mapping.
What do you like best about the product?
Sleekness, ability to collaborate in real time and integration with other parties. Also the quality of the graphics to be is the best on the market, nowdays (Fall 2021)
What do you dislike about the product?
Many great features are available only on paid plans, but to be honest, the amount of features delivered on the free tier are already a great value borh for singles and teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using the app to sketch and take notes in real times during meetings. Then I re-arrange the concepts in order to get lean and complete diagrams.
Due to the quality of the graphics, I'm also using the app as a source for presentations.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
While evaluating the product on free tier, be careful about the sharing policies.
Magical tool for collaboration and white-boarding
What do you like best about the product?
The infinite space to write down text, create drawings or, paste images or videos is the best feature of Miro. All features around collaboration are great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
In most cases, Miro has beaten expectations and is full of little delights. Maybe more drawing features - e.g. if I'm making a presentation and use a specific shape that's copy-pasted, a provision to make a change in one place that gets reflected across would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has replaced google docs, ppt, and drawing board for me. All of my thoughts are on Miro first, and then, if required, I make a presentation straight from Miro. What a fantastic tool!

Miro is one of my favourite marketing tools of all time!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and how creative I can be while creating any kind of board. Is very intuitive as well, so not a lot of training (if non), is required upfront. I use Miro for several different projects and it's amazing how the tool can look different every time. The options are endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there's nothing I dislike about the tool. I don't feel limited there to any extent. The one thing that maybe I'd like to see in the future is a way to make more automation in the boards, so some updates don't need to be done manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main benefits in my opinion is that Miro can be used in several different ways. Whether you need to brainstorm, create a workflow, an overview, you can do it with Miro.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in doubt whether your team needs the tool or not, the answer is "yes"!!! Miro will leverage the visual collaboration of your team and provide great insights for your company.
My go-to app for designing, brainstorming and planning
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flowchart templates in particular, but I really like mixing different templates on the same board!
It is great to map out rough ideas and then use the flexibility of the objects and connectors to produce clean visuals.
It is great to map out rough ideas and then use the flexibility of the objects and connectors to produce clean visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ideally, there would be the ability to create private Miro boards which are not visible to the rest of your company, especially when working with personal data or confidential information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I am solving with Miro is mapping out discovery sessions, cleaning up the thoughts, and channeling them into a more structured visual. This process is extremely valuable in communication throughout the team!
Best way to recreate the in-person experience virtually!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to brainstorm and prototype complex ideas in a nonlinear way. It makes meetings more productive as well as more engaging. It feels like a tool that can do almost anything when it comes to remote collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the restrictions that are placed at the enterprise level which make it harder to collaborate with my clients such as the ability to restrict editing from any external users. I think that the ability to use sticky notes should not be considered in the same way as all other editing so that hosting workshops can be more accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're making meeting more structured and productive. We are mapping out process and data flows, making more interesting presentations and coming to consensus on decisions through the voting tool.
