Enhances Collaboration for Large Teams

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of better collaboration within larger groups of users. (We run programs with many participants)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was more of a superuser and knew better how to leverage the functionality of Miro. I have heard of and sometimes read about cool features, but I never find the time to learn these myself (maybe I actually wish it was a bit more intuitive?)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital collaboration makes it possible to bring a large group together for collective work, while also allowing for brainstorming sessions in smaller teams. This flexibility enhances teamwork and creativity within the group.

Effortless Collaboration with Great Flexibility

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to collaborate with my team and clarify tasks using diagrams. I like its features' flexibility and ease of use and adoption. It's easy for new users to get involved and start being productive because it has a low learning curve. The boards are easy to navigate and understand, which is great. Also, there's a huge value in the community. I find it very cost-effective and appreciate the generous free tier and online collaboration. The initial setup was very smooth, making it easy to move on quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it will be good to have animated diagrams and collapsable and expandable diagrams to ease the presentation phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to collaborate with my team, syncing thoughts and visions in a remote environment. It's user-friendly, with flexible features and easy adoption, which makes new users productive quickly. The online collaboration and a generous free tier are a big plus.

Empowers Team Collaboration and Creative Brainstorming

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the chance to collaborate with my team members, especially when we share ideas during brainstorming sessions and work together on designing concepts before moving on to prototyping.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are unable to insert videos or some specific types of images, which can be limiting. It would be helpful to have a wider range of assets available in the prototyping library. Additionally, the dimensions of elements are sometimes difficult to interpret and adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to collaborate as a team with many people invited as guests, which allows even those working remotely to participate. We can work together at the same time or at different times, and we can share our workspace with colleagues who may review our work later. We can create maps and diagrams and avoid using boring tools as excel.

What do you dislike about the product?

Empowers Teams with Effortless Agility and Independence

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro gives my team more independence over refining our product delivery pipeline changes, keeping up with agility with ease of use and with no user training
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to implement standards across the team. As it gives total freedom, its difficult to restrict multiple team to follow the same guidelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its gives our startup the freedom to be more agile and introduce changes to the product delivery pipelines easily.
We even run stand ups and retros using Miro.

Instantly Ready and Intuitive to Use

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
You open it and its ready to work. Intuitive and no need to learn how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could become chaotic. Zoom in is limited, internlinking or embedding of boards.
Consumes a lot of memory in chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning hiring and diagram the organisation is ideal, flexible and everyone can collaborate and create their own copy in the same board so we can discuss over it.
Templates (like timelines) are perfect for visualising long term initiatives and how priorities change.

Flexible and Visual Tool for Team Collaboration

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its flexibility, which is great for online workshops and personal or small team brainstorming and visualization. I find it visual and easy to move around and edit components live, and it's a good way of providing and compiling group feedback. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when sharing boards with non-registered users or guests, Miro 'upsells' quite hard, and people end up requesting to be part of a team, which is not required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for online workshops and brainstorming. It's visual, easy to edit components live, and great for compiling group feedback.

Collaborative, Easy to Use, But AI Needs Improvement

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use of Miro. The AI feature that categorizes sticky notes is very convenient, as is the feature that allows you to hide and then reveal the content of the sticky notes. The initial setup was very easy and I personally encountered no difficulties. Additionally, Miro allows for live collaboration with remote teams, as if we were together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI function that categorizes post-its works poorly. It could be improved. And there could be an integrated AI that analyzes the content of the board and creates summaries, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of live collaboration with remote teams, as if we were together.

Versatile Tool with Great Visuals, Needs More Free Features

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for brainstorming and process mapping, and it really helps in my Gap Analysis efforts by accelerating the problem discovery process for my projects. I like the colorful visuals and the ease of use. I enjoy the ability to edit images via the integration with Adobe, as it makes my diagrams more realistic. The pre-set templates are great because they reduce the hassle of starting from scratch. The initial setup was super easy; I could create a board and start designing right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that a free account has access to limited icons and images. I think the edit and download options can also be improved. For Edits - A user should have the ability to strikethrough, re-arrange shapes, and control line spacing or include bullets. For download options, I think more options such as PNG, Docx, should be introduced with options to make light or dark or with and without background color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro accelerates the problem discovery process in my projects, aiding my Gap Analysis efforts.

Exceptional Collaboration and Real-Time Flowcharting

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is extremely collaborative where i used to draw flowcharts for feature development and share with stakeholders to be aligned. Since it is a real time collaborative tool, it helps us to share our thoughts with ease. Apart from flowchart, it also comes up with mind maps template which is typically used in development - testing environment which is a big plus
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i feel clumsy as we scale. when we try to draw a large mindmap it becomes easily a mess. In this case, notion outbeats miro where they declutter by default. When you have large board, you may feel lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a software development team, we were looking for a real time collaborative tool which would help keep everyone in same page. Miro provided infinite canvas where everyone can contribute in real time and so we could arrive to a conclusion in short span instead of back and fro emails. This also helped combining our discussion and design in one place, so that anybody could get complete context
