Effortless Wireframing Makes Design a Breeze

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is excellent for wireframing and earlystage design thinking. It’s fast, flexible, and makes it really easy to sketch out ideas, flows, and layouts without getting bogged down in heavy design tools. The infinite canvas and wireframe components are perfect for quickly iterating and collaborating with others in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little overall. On extremely large boards, performance can occasionally slow down, but it’s usually manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us rapidly turn ideas into visual wireframes that everyone can understand and contribute to. It’s great for aligning stakeholders early, reducing back-and-forth, and speeding up decision-making before moving into higher-fidelity design or development.

User-Friendly for Design Mood Boards

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is very easy to use, making it a great tool for creating mood boards for my design business. It's straightforward for both me and my clients to navigate, which is a big plus when presenting and collaborating on design options. It stands out to me because it's more user-friendly and specific for each project compared to other tools like Pinterest. Also, the initial setup was very easy, and most people I interact with find it easy to use too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some clients that have a hard time signing in when I send them the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize all my surface and material options in one place for my design business, allowing clients to easily review and add their input.

Miro: Powerful, User-Friendly Tool for Product Discovery

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro really easy to use and very powerful, which is a combination that's hard to come by. It balances power and simplicity at the same time, making it a really user-friendly tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are people who are new to Miro on my team, it seems like there's kind of a resistance to it. I don't know if there's something that could be done to make it easier for a new user in my organization to get excited and use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps get my thoughts out on paper and creates a tender for us to design the product against.

Miro: Streamlined Project Management with Intuitive Tools

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as a collaboration and project management tool at work, and it helps keep all project information in one easy-to-access place. I like its straightforward nature, which makes it easy to roll out to users. The templates are a really useful feature, enabling me to create several standard setups for boards that include core tools needed for planning and managing projects. The new synced Kanban tool is a significant improvement, allowing me to view tasks as a timeline and utilize features like filtering, sorting, grouping, and synchronizing information. It was very easy to get going with Miro, and it was simple to involve staff and replicate our existing project planning tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timeline tool could be improved as it currently doesn’t handle multiple milestones on one day, and they cause issues if dates are close to one another. Also showing dependencies could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to keep all project info in one place, making it easy to access. It provides tools to plan, monitor, and track projects efficiently. Templates and the new synced kanban, with filtering and sorting, enhance project management and team catchups.

Creating and Organizing Ideas Has Never Been So Intuitive

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I highlight how intuitive it is to create and develop an idea on a board. The ease with which concepts can be expressed and organized makes the process very fluid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disorder presented by their integrations and functionalities is problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagram for the functional analysis of a system, entering the narrative of what I think or imagine, is useful to me. In this way, I can visualize my ideas and assumptions, which facilitates the understanding and development of the system.

Effortless Content Planning with Intuitive Interface

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's easy to use functionality. It's simple, not overwhelming, and to the point. I think the ability to connect ideas with arrows, customize text, and insert images is super helpful. As a creative, I need some guardrails to keep things in line, so the visual arrows are probably the feature I use the most. I found the initial setup to be super easy, which I love because it means the software solves my problems without adding more maintenance tasks. I even recommended Miro to a friend, giving it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the video playback sometimes is an issue, and I wish I could have more success, especially because of content creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a reference point for reviewing past workflows, offering a clear starting point and helping me see the flow of steps.

Seamless Collaboration, Needs Better AI

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy and seamless it is to set up a board in Miro. I can share a link and get a bunch of people onto the same page in real-time. Miro solves the problem of everyone not being in the same room with a whiteboard by allowing people to add a bunch of instant, instantaneous feedback, even anonymously. It also excels in visualizing complex workflows, making it easier for the team to stay aligned on different plans and paths forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some better AI tooling to build out more complex models and to make changes without me having to do much. Sometimes I would rather describe a workflow or a sequencing diagram and have Miro seamlessly build it up. I know it's a new technology, but maybe it can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of not being in the same room with a whiteboard by allowing remote teams to visualize complex workflows and align on plans with instant, anonymous feedback.
