  • November 02, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about this platform is its wide of variety of features, whether it's the infinite canvas or the workflow integration, it helps a lot in brainstorming and ideation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for now, there is nothing that I dislike about the platform but still, there is a bit of scope of Improvement on the UI/UX part. Also, if they can add the content calendar would be a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am easily able to coordinate with my team on different projects and also ideate and brainstorm by centralizing all the communication via miro, the digital workspaces are Indeed awesome!

What I definitely like best is how friendly the usability is. It's fun working with Miro!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that took me way too long the find / see Miro! Not really much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of projects and meetings, mind mapping through difficult projects and ideas. It's really helping me and my team to collaborate much more and keep track of everything, every idea, collaboration and one board.

Great tool to remote team work

  • November 02, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The huge possibilities you have, you can add pdf, screenshots, leave comments, mention people on an infinitive whiteboard. You can personalize a lot of the style so, a miro board can look super designed, like a .ai file! Last but not least, the new integration with video calls in teams is just amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat could be better, I've been using the product for a long time and when I tried to use the chat my team never saw the notification so, we keep using other messages applications instead of Miro. Or maybe integration with other teamwork apps like teams or slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started using Miro for more visual tasks, right now we use it from everything even user research analysis instead of specific applications for that goal. We use it for all the phases of a design project.

What do you like best about the product?
Loads quickly, accepts multiple formats (links, text, screencaps, photos, etc.) which makes for seamless brainstorming and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as many templates geared to creative content industry (ie information driven visual content, photo and/or video work)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving and citing text, graphic, photo, and video information for group projects. Shareability is a great value.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely color code sticky notes. They are so helpful!

User-friendly experience

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of Miro is fantastic. The previous company I worked at used it, and it took me a few minutes to understand and use the platform to communicate the needs of my project effectively. I loved working with it so much that I brought it to where I work now, and everyone loves it so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a more attractive package for single users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer journey visualization on our e-shop has been easier to explain using Miro.
I have also used the tool to develop a personalized Gant-type chart for my projects.
The main benefit of using Miro is that it provides a user-friendly experience to put your ideas together in a fun and easy way to understand. It's a great tool if you are a visual person.

Best tool for remote team-work projects (processes or simplifying complex plans)

  • October 31, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
1. remote work-friendly
2. reliable
3. easy to use
4. can be used to present ideas to even external parties
What do you dislike about the product?
1. arrows do not intelligently enough to adjust themselves when I move several process blocks at once. I need to adjust again.
2. High-quality pdf exports could be free for the first 5 to 10 downloads, so I do not have to think about workarounds when there is limited time to decide whether I should buy the pro or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. efficiency problems when working with multiple stakeholders
2. simplifying complex Electrotechnical and network plans to broader audiences
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it

Love at the first sight

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro and the possibility that the platform gives users to create anything. I started using Miro 2 years ago and when the pandemic started it became my everyday working tool. I like the flexibility, the versatility, and the possibility of discovering inside templates how other users are using them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have much to complain about Miro. I just sometimes feel uncomfortable in appearing visible in a board.
Also, I feel that Miro has a learning curve and for this reason some people in a workshop/ brainstorming (at the first time using it) don't feel comfortable in editing something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this moment I have been using Miro to document my design process combined with Notion.
So, I use Miro to show visually all the stages: discovery, define, ideation and deliver... in a way that I can share with my peers to give an understanding of what our team have been working on.
Some examples: CSD Matrix (Certainties, Suppositions & Doubts), user story mapping, task and workflow, user requirements, mood board, benchmarking, low fidelity wireframes...

For me, the best benefit is the possibility to concentrate everything in one place and work collaboratively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it.

    Computer Software

Versatile App for Agile Teams

  • October 29, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro works very hard to make the user experience both useful and pleasurable to use. This is very evident in the layout and design of the application but also in their prioritization of features. One of my favorite pieces is the wire framing kit. It allows users to create low fidelity mock-ups but they're so easy to use that it's great for visualizing what you're talking about as you're designing a user interface with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's easy to forget that miro is primarily a whiteboard. They do so many things excellently and that can cause you to compare these pieces to fully fledged competitors in those spaces. But if you remember that these are just components in the miro ecosystem and not full competitive products, it's very easy to appreciate the hard work that miro has put into their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easy for remote teams to have the convenience of a whiteboard and really make good use out of screen sharing. Oftentimes screen sharing isn't used to its full potential because people just show the same ui that everyone else could see on their screen. Instead miro allows everyone to collaborate in real time. Their iPad app is great too for writing notes

A WOW product

What do you like best about the product?
Freedom to create anything on waste canvas. Integration with multiple application will also give a clearly edge to Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
All are so prefect in Miro .... Nothing dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some time lagging and collaborating with my geographically distributed team might respond slow.
