Extremely useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is extremely intuitive and the preset templates make using it so simple. So far I have used it to create diagrams, workflows, flowcharts, mindmaps and even presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about this tool. Every piece of software could always be better, but there are no major shortcomings in Miro, at least for my current needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As already mentioned above, so far I have used it to create diagrams, workflows, flowcharts, mindmaps and even presentations. You can easily use preset templates as basis for your boards or duplicate your previous boards and rework them according to your needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have fun discovering all the possibilities of this magnificent tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to organize and document remote meetings and I love the freedom Miro gives to the user to create whatever is needed, the infinite options that the white canvas offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is easy to get lost in the canvas, it would be great to be able to follow people, to center canvas content and to have the right tools for a more efficient navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started using Miro when the pandemic started. I used to work in an office full of physical boards and post-its and I had a lot of continuous communication with my team. Miro was the tool that allowed us to continue working as efficiently as we were working in the office.
I use that platform for everything.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can do workshops with long distance clients in a intuitive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the lack of rendering for images when you zoom in or out, and i'd like to have my own templates for my projects. At least I dont know how to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly distance and cocreation issues. I can do all my work process in one platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it to organize tasks, build dynamics, and meet with clients.
Excellent and versatile tool to boost productivity and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the preset templates, it makes it so easy to collaborate with teamates on a wealth of projects amd initiatives. I also love how it's cloud synched, so I can save it and access it anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the presets are too geared towards product building- this means some of the customisability is limited in alternative applications. I'd really like if I could put photos in and set a vector clipping shape for them (e.g. circle)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've tackled a lot of process refinement initiatives on Miro, which has been a great experience. It has the functionality of competitor solutions like LucidChart, but also has capabilities beyond that. For example, the other day I used Miro to make graphics for a presentation.
Chameleon app for creatives
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has all the features, in a user friendly UI, to help with early creative process and ideation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Genuinely nothing. I could suggest to add quick photo editing features like transparency, but granted this is not what Miro is for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sense of the caos in my mind in early creative stages. I'm able to bring together recourses from many places into the miro board and organize them to understand my focus.
Used for years, always great experience
What do you like best about the product?
I must say I love the looks. I enjoy using Miro for my workshops - it is intuitive to use, it is colorful, it is super fast, it has so much functionality that each time I use it, I learn something new.
I like using it to ideate how I can work with my team for months ahead and restructure anything at any time without losing the big picture.
I use it for personal projects as well - it was the best tool I found for planning the game with my friends.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets hectic on the board, but that is usually solvable by locking the frame.
The other small thing, the person's name can sometimes block parts of the text, so we have to ask the person to move their cursor.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Planning (all sorts of planning for events, team workshops, training, gifts, etc.)
- Workshops (I love to use it right now in new normal, cause we can easily share everything we do with those who choose to be remote)
- Team retros
I also like that all the boards stay there forever as documentation we can always come back to.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, I fell in love with it after my first use!
Completely changes the way i collect thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can, in a very creative friendly way jot down basically any idea i have, organize thoughts and go from bite to framework. I can then share with all my colleagues very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's basically only that the iPad pen support is limited, but i do understand the complexities of implementing that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I visualize ideas and processes in a very easy way, i can organize workshops very well and create Creative meeting notes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, try it with some co-workers, have a little workshop remotley. You'll love it.
An awesome experience
What do you like best about the product?
I can collaborate with other people in a way that is more fun than ever. I could do this for all of my days because it's like a game for my team and me. I never see something like this in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a lot of my internet capacity. Nothing that a little patience cannot resolve, but I try not to use in presentation, though. I think I need to improve my internet provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning has become a game, which is excellent. It improves my time consuming with this kind of work and, of course, I can make more money while I'm more productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a productivity tool, better consider Miro. Despite being a collaboration tool, your productivity may skyrocket. Seriously.
Change manager
What do you like best about the product?
That its easy to use and you can choose between templantes or make your own design. I love that you can use Miro for almost anything and I use Miro both for myself and workshops with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can´t really think of anything that i dislike. A feature that I would like to be more manageable to be able to move a board between different teams within the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve all sorts of different problems because we use Miro mainly for lean work. All of our teams have different businesses to work with, and Miro helps us with the structure. Miro was a lifesaver during covid, but we still use Miro in physical workshops.
Great for documenting complex code flow
What do you like best about the product?
infinite canvas, ipad support, apple pencil support, ability to track and resolve comments from teammates, ability to search across the board, excellent performance smoothness
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the lack of collapsible elements. If I want to document complex code, I don't want my diagrams to look complicated in the first look. I want them to be able to click and expand part of the diagram. Just like in Google Maps, we get more details when I zoom in more and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro to solve the knowledge transfer of our codebase. We document code flow, data flow, state diagrams, user scenarios mapping, etc., in Miro. We also use it to figure out how to refactor a complex code in our codebase
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't come here with the expectation of a "do it all" solution. It will work superbly for you if you look at it for solving a particular use-case like diagramming, brainstorming, project visualization, etc.
