Intuitive and Platform Optimized, Needs Mobile Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro mainly for brainstorming ideas with my team and creating moodboards. I find real-time editing a big helper for a remote team as it makes us feel more connected. Miro supports a wide variety of formats and doesn't require additional tools to work, which I appreciate. I like how super intuitive it is to use and how it's optimized for all platforms. I often work on multiple devices, and being able to hop on calls and review the board in real-time, even from mobile, is a lifesaver. The initial setup was super easy and took no more than a few minutes, which was a pleasant surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like sometimes the performance on mobile is a bit jarry and It happens that I cannot place images/others in the correct frame.

Miro Makes Collaboration a Visual, Real-Time Thinking Space
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how easy it makes collaboration in real time. You can bring a whole team onto the same board and brainstorm visually as if everyone is in the same room.
The flexibility is also a big plus—you can map ideas, build workflows, create diagrams, or run workshops all in one place without switching tools.
The flexibility is also a big plus—you can map ideas, build workflows, create diagrams, or run workshops all in one place without switching tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that boards can sometimes get cluttered and hard to manage when working on large projects. It may also slow down with too much content on a board, and some useful features are locked behind paid plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps solve the challenge of collaborating and organizing ideas in one place. It makes it easier to brainstorm, plan projects, and work with teams remotely without losing track of information. This benefits me by improving communication, saving time during meetings, and helping keep projects and ideas more organized and easier to follow.

Flexible, Intuitive Collaboration Tool with Powerful Zoom and Real-Time Teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to zoom in and out to great degrees, highly flexible framework, real-time collaboration (supports complex asynchronous collaboration, especially with global and remote teams). Interface is easy to learn and mostly intuitive to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Significant performance issues. It seems like having more than 10-15 people using at once, or especially when we have 5000+ objects performance degrades significantly. For context, out teams typically reach these limits after ~3-4 weeks of collaboration. Would really like either better performance (e.g., by caching objects not recently changed), or most complete guidelines on how to structure/nest separate boards to collaborate at scale and not suffer performance issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming, ideation, process mapping & refinement, facilitating daily standup-type meetings, replacing other presentation software
Real-Time, Drag-and-Drop Planning with Powerful Templates
What do you like best about the product?
Love that it's realtime and easy to drag and drop items, especially useful for planning. Do most of my visual presentations this way and group planning. I like the structured elements from templates. Performant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing escalates quickly if you want collaborators on team boards and then complex to manage. I wish some elements which are available in templates were available in any board without adding the template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Group and team decision making and presentation
Perfect remote collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Miro is that it can handle multiple users on the large project without any performance issues. Interface is pretty simple to navigate even for total beginners and it offers powerful features and useful integrations for power users. It completely replaces a need for any paper workflow and it's ideal for collaboration of distributed remote first teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually, every project end up looking visually the same as all the others, so it's hard to distinguish on a first glance what is the topic of the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is just a perfect tool for distributed remote collaboration, both live and asynchronous.
Unleashes Team Collaboration, Needs Performance Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to plan my team and strategy goals and also for brainstorming. I like that everyone can see the same things and modify everything at once. It's responsive, so we don't get stuck using it. The unlimited space on the board is great for group activities. The initial setup was very easy with automatic login through Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yeah, it loads very slowly sometimes. Or it makes my computer very slow because I think it consumes a lot of GPU.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to collaborate with my team, finding and developing ideas effectively.
Effortless Visual Mapping, Quick Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for mapping and visualizing activities, especially when creating videos to explain topics. It's easy to use, and you can visualize and map out everything quickly. Without Miro, it would be much more difficult to map or visualize something, as it's way quicker than if I tried to do the same in Google Docs. I like that I can draw shapes, arrows, and create boards with text. The ease of use means I don't have to spend a lot of time learning everything, as there are shortcuts for frequently used elements like rectangles, arrows, and text boxes. Visualizing things is crucial when planning a workflow or business strategy, and it also helps when I need to film a video explaining a process. Setting up Miro was easy; it only took about 5-10 minutes to get the hang of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I had to adjust to in the beginning was that I couldn't move the Miro board screen while holding my left mouse button, it only works if I press the right mouse button or press on the scrolling wheel. But nowadays, I've adjusted to that. It didn't really affect it much. In the beginning I pressed the left mouse button to try and move the board out of muscle memory / habit. I then noticed my mistake and moved the board while pressing the correct button. It was honestly only a matter of 1 second or so before I noticed each time, so it's not that big of a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for mapping and visualizing activities, making it easy to create boards with shapes, arrows, and text. It's intuitive, saving me time compared to Google Docs, and helps plan workflows or business strategies quickly.
