Streamlined Brainstorming with Amazing Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro mainly for work, especially when I’m brainstorming new ideas. I really like being able to keep everything in one place and build mind maps, so I don’t lose a single thought. Miro gives me plenty of options—sticky notes, text, mind maps, and lots of stickers—and everything feels nicely organized and easy to find.
Getting started was straightforward, and I’ve never needed a tutorial or customer support, which is a big plus for me. I also appreciate that I can use Miro with my Google spreadsheets or Notion, since that makes my workflow more convenient. On top of that, Miro has been very reliable for me and hasn’t crashed at all. Overall, it’s absolutely worth the money.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t really found any downsides to Miro. That said, I also haven’t had much time to try all of its features yet, such as AI Sidekick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Versatile Platform for Organization and Learning
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro inserts links, showing a preview or an image instead of just text, which is cool on my trips board. I appreciate the timer feature, which we use daily during exercises in lessons. I find the checkboxes helpful for creating to-do lists. I also like that I can use Miro on my mobile; despite adding a lot of stuff, it still works pretty well. Setting up Miro was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that only 2 boards are free. I wanted to have tabs like on a spreadsheet to separate boards. Sometimes it's hard to find something on really big boards. I don't like how text on stickers works. The text is big and becomes smaller depending on the amount of symbols. I want to control that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of keeping everything organized in one place, being easy and fast to use, even on a phone. I like how links appear as previews, and I use checkboxes for todo lists. It's great for both work and personal use.
Miro Elevated Our Team Meetings with Templates, Integrations, and Interactive Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has replaced our physical whiteboards, where we used to take pictures of them on our phones or document everything in Google Docs. It’s elevated our team meetings by giving us a visual way to capture what we discuss and by serving as a central workspace hub. The many templates are especially helpful for our small nonprofit as we document processes, map client journeys, and run brainstorming sessions. The nonprofit discount makes it viable for us due to the reasonable price. I specifically appreciate how it integrates with our other platforms. My team would say they love the interactive features like GIFs, sticky notes, voting, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not a big fan of the “bring everyone to me” feature. I really wish there were a “follow me” option instead. The AI also hasn’t been as helpful as I’d hoped, although that could be user error on my end. Aside from that, everything else has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer lose pictures of our whiteboards or overlook photos of the actual physical boards we use to dump our brains and map out processes. It has also increased our team and meeting productivity.
Miro Makes Building Workflows Effortless

Miro is the best solution for building workflows, and I’ve been using it for many years without ever getting bored with this tool. The interface is great and easy to use. Great in performance, easy to tune the ideas to the workflow. Also, I am now frequently using the AI features for a complex workflow to simplify one
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that will be disliked.

Intuitive Workspace, Perfect for Cross-Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is easy to use and intuitive. It serves as a single point of truth for all teams involved, including developers, quality engineers, business, and the infrastructure team. I find the talk tracks useful for sharing and walking through feature and transition designs with the team easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Indexing across different boards is a bit difficult. Moving from one board to another and linking to another board in the system with connectors or links is challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a single point of truth for all teams, including developers, quality engineers, business, and infrastructure teams.
Innovative Collaboration with Seamless Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro a really good way to organize my work. It's really easy to learn how to use, and it's quite flexible, so you can make it work how you want it to work. I'm enjoying the new AI features, which have helped me with road mapping, opportunity trees, and outputs from workshops, simplifying these into a plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely needs some form of offline capability even if it's just for viewing. So when I'm on the tube on the way to work, sometimes I want to review things, and it's just impossible to do anything offline. We have issues with licences because it is too expensive for everyone to have. So collaboration can be limited . Setting passwords for boards to share more widely is a bit of a pain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me quickly visualize and communicate problems with colleagues, supporting free-form collaboration. I have my own templates set up for the stages of product. So it is easy to start working on a new project in an organised way.
Creative Collaboration, but Needs Performance Boost
What do you like best about the product?
I like collaborating across teams and planning workshops and projects with Miro. It solves the problem of being able to work simultaneously on workshop plans, review and comment, and create flows really easily. It's also great for taking notes during interviews so that the interviewer sees them, which helps with visual learning and processing. I really appreciate how easy it is to use. I enjoy how creative Miro allows me to be with work, plans, and projects. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
My boards go slower when I have too much info on them - which is a big downside. Because Miro boards can seem like infinite spaces, the board should be able to hold high amounts of info and data no matter what, without lagging or taking more than 3 mins to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro lets me and my team simultaneously work on workshop plans, review and comment, create flows, take notes during interviews, and supports visual learning and processing.
Easy Remote Collaboration That Works Great for Design Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration with remote team members is easy. It works really well for our smaller projects, although we do notice it slows down when we’re working with heavier content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes freezes/ lags when we have too much in the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As designers, it makes it much easier to communicate and share ideas with remote team members. And keeps everything in one place. It also shows the progression of our projects especially in the conceptual phases.
