Versatility and Real-Time Collaboration

  • January 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like its versatility and the possibility of working in real-time with several people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that, sometimes, at the beginning it can be slow to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I work on diagrams with my colleagues, using other platforms made us lose a lot of time due to the number of sheets we had to handle.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro allows me to work from anywhere in the world and interact with my clients easily. Having all of my workflows in one place is a big advantage, and the templates save me a lot of time. The collaboration options are my favorite, as it’s easy to invite others to participate in the work and work together on projects seamlessly. The initial setup was super easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having a few more boards on the free account would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro lets me work from anywhere and interact with clients easily, keeping all my workflows in one place. Plus, the templates save time.

Versatile Project Planning with Effortless Diagramming

  • January 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really love Miro's diagramming capabilities. Building process flows and process diagrams is very convenient in Miro, and I really like that. It's also very easy to put all related and relevant documentation in one place, such as designs, customer FAQs, workflows, and customer stories. This allows me to do data mappings all in one spot without needing multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing it just works
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me consolidate all related documentation in one place, including designs and workflows. It eliminates the need for multiple tools by keeping customer stories and data mappings centralized.

Versatile Tool for Seamless Project Organization

  • January 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's versatility and its relatively easy creation of flow charts. The learning curve is quite quick, and I appreciate that there's no need to install and micromanage apps. The initial setup was very simple; I just got the invitation, joined the boards, and started using and editing without problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to merge vector shapes in order to create new ones is missing, which would be nice to have. The mind map object does not work well; the connector lines' thickness can't be edited, making them appear invisible or very thick when resizing, and the mind map feels redundant since the same results can be achieved with simple shapes and connectors which are easier to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize research and information, create presentations, and flowcharts, effectively simplifying my tasks. It lets me visualize information easily, keeping everything in one place, reducing the need to shift between tools.

Miro Makes Team Collaboration Effortless and Inspiring

  • January 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is sooo good at collaborating on a huge canvas. We use it regularly for our PI-planning, retro's, refinements, etc. Incidentally we also use it to find new ideas or solutions for features we're working on, creating diagrams, etc. The Jira integration is very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with multiple teams in one big canvas, features like 'estimation'/'poker' cannot be used for a single team, because it enables the estimation session for everyone on the board. Would be a nice feature if we could select specific users to join in the session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With colleagues from multiple countries, our planning sessions are mostly done online. Miro enables us to let everyone work together in a visual way, directly integrating with our Jira backlog.

Flexibility and Freedom Redefined

  • January 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because it gives me flexibility and a lot of options. It allows me to create any projects I need, especially with its blank board feature, which I really enjoy because I can create anything I need on it. The templates are very useful too, as they give me ideas, structure my thinking, inspire me, and save time since I don’t have to create things from scratch. The setup was intuitive and easy for me because I didn’t even need to read any guidance; I just used the tools and features naturally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really know how to automate or make it more efficient. It will be great if I could just tell what I need and things (boxes, sticky notes) pop up and launch on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to collaborate on group projects, gather participant ideas, and jot down thoughts that don’t fit into spreadsheets or documents. It gives me freedom and flexibility to create any projects, with templates inspiring and structuring my work while saving time.

Endless Possibilities for Every Project

  • January 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The vast list of possibilities. Love that there is a template for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I just need a bare-bones version of a template, but they always come with 10k extra things, which might be smart, but I just don't need them for smaller projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps make complex plans on napkins into something I can share easily and also adjust easily together with my colleagues.

Great Collaboration Tool for Consultants and Teams

  • January 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has become a really solid everyday tool in my consulting work. I use it regularly to sketch architecture diagrams, brainstorm with teams, and document ideas and decisions as we work through data and AI solutions with clients. It’s fast to get ideas out of your head and onto a canvas, easy to collaborate in real time, and flexible enough to support everything from rough whiteboarding sessions to more polished artifacts that can be shared with stakeholders. For workshops and early-stage design conversations, it lowers the barrier to participation and keeps everyone aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where Miro falls a bit short for me is in deeper support for technical architecture work. While it’s possible to create solid diagrams—and integrations like draw.io or features like the AWS Cloud view help—it still feels like these are secondary rather than first-class capabilities. I’d love to see more native, opinionated support for technical architects: richer cloud and data architecture primitives, better layout and alignment tools for complex diagrams, and clearer positioning of these features within the product. Miro is already a great collaboration platform; leaning further into technical architecture use cases would make it even more valuable for consultants and engineering teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes remote collaboration with my teammates feel much smoother. It’s not just an effective virtual whiteboard; Miro boards actually surpass traditional whiteboards by serving as dynamic, digital spaces that preserve our conversations and ideas for as long as we need them. I frequently revisit old boards to recall previous ideas or to find new inspiration.

Team collaboration on ux projects

  • January 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate this tool because it is user-friendly and allows people to collaborate on team projects in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When handling large boards, I notice that navigation becomes slower. I mean that large boards often feel heavy which affects speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast and effective collaboration with my team as we can work in real time and see the process and results immediately.
