Outstanding Collaboration Features Enhance Teamwork

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
collaboration features. ease of following people / tracking where things are
What do you dislike about the product?
difficult to place videos or PDFs (certain file types)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keynote is very difficult to collaborate without expensive group subscriptions so my company likes to use Miro for our internal reviews! So easy to see everyone's work and feels more "WIP" than placing everything into a deck.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for work to organize projects, create wireframes, take notes, and centralize information. I enjoy having a centralized space that my team can log onto. I'm enjoying the AI assistant, particularly its translation features and quick summaries that help me organize my notes. The process of adding new features or users has been straightforward and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I have many boards, it's not easy to find the one I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize projects, make wireframes, and centralize information. It provides a centralized space for my team and has useful features like translations and quick summaries that help organize my notes.

Perfect Collaboration and Creativity Tool

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for work, mainly for coming up with new ideas. It's a good place to collaborate, an open and creative space without limits, unlike working into a final document, which can feel quite constricting. I like some of the newer functionalities like voting and private mode. These are great for our brainstorming sessions and workshops, making them more fun and engaging. Voting is especially useful for gauging opinions during research workshops, while privacy mode helps to prevent bias in answers. The initial setup of Miro was very easy, with no issues at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really! Small things like not being able to add in PowerPoint deck slides in a single upload and not being able to have multiple timers running at once, but these are not major barriers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a creative space for collaboration without limits. Voting and privacy mode enhance brainstorming and workshops, making them more engaging and unbiased.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the design and ease of use of Miro. I also appreciate the links for carrying out processes. The ability to visualize processes and internal flowcharts, as well as the collaborative work capability, are assets for me. The initialization of Miro was very easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The choice of designs is ultimately quite limited on certain elements of team management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for visualizing processes and internal flowcharts, as well as for collaborative work.

Versatile Collaboration with Room to Grow

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its performance, simple interface, and the huge amount of opportunities it offers. It's built into Microsoft Teams, so people don’t need to open a browser, and it also integrates with our Jira. It allows us to work faster because we can collaborate all together. For task refinement, everyone can drop their ideas on the board, and we can discuss instead of the voice mess that can happen if everyone proposes with audio. It gives us the freedom of actions more or less. The initial setup was very easy, mostly just permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more integrations, or some ask to integrate into own services and programs if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro speeds up our workflow by enabling team collaboration and brainstorming, offers freedom in idea sharing through visual boards, and reduces audio conversation chaos.

Intuitive for Beginners, But Performance Hiccups

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I usually use Miro for ideation and brainstorming, and as a UX Designer, I need Miro on a daily basis for the design process. Its user interface is very simple compared to FigJam and Mural, making all its features easy to understand and use, even for beginners. I really like the Sidekick feature in Miro, where it helps through video and article support, which has been a boon for me. In the beginning of my design career, I was new to flowcharts and user flows, and the informative resources in Miro helped me a lot. The initial setup was also very easy for me, as I could onboard with a direct sign-in using Gmail and quickly access the main dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is browser-based and relies heavily on computer system configurations. As I add more content like high-resolution images, heavy PDFs, complex vector drawings, or hundreds of sticky notes, the board can become sluggish. This has a big impact, like taking more load time, navigation delays, and sometimes freezing. Also, having 20 flying cursors in a live workshop eats up processing power.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro's simple user interface aids beginners and its sidekick feature provides valuable video and article support for design and agile work.

Excellent Collaboration Tool with Ever-Improving Features

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Really great tool for collaborating and the features are being continuously improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be fiddly when starting to use but once you get used to the controls then it becomes second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps to ensure that the product team, developers and end users can reach a shared vision collaboratively for software development features, before they progress to being developed. Previously, users would not be able to visualise the end solution properly until they got access to the system in UAT, and developers would not fully understand the expectations, meaning lots of expensive rework. Using Miro has cut down on the volume of changes needed during UAT and post-go live and given us better buy-in.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to map all of our customer journeys into an overall service blueprint.

I am also mapping all of our chatbot flows, and then using Miro to theorize how to optimize them

Versatile Tool for Brainstorming, Needs Better Organization

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro for its features like timers, voting, and adding documents. It's great for live brainstorming sessions where I don't have to do manual calculations. The initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to save stuff in an organized way in Miro; the info is all over the place. I prefer old-fashioned folders or a simple structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me brainstorm live without needing manual calculations, even though it's not easy to share with management and LT.
