I use Miro to structure projects for a learning platform with a colleague, and it helps me visually draw up a process like you would on a whiteboard. I love that it's very flexible, allowing me to expand in all directions and move items easily. It supports collaboration as a global team across time zones since we can work on a shared Miro board. It's intuitive and easy to use, making it simple for new team members to get started. I also enjoy the smart features like the block. The initial setup was extremely easy, and I'd rate it a 10 in terms of recommending it to a friend or colleague.

  • December 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro easy to use, even for someone who has never used it before, which means new team members catch on fast. I appreciate being able to copy and paste elements easily, which helps me work faster. I also like the lots of templates available, as they help me avoid wasting time on overthinking complex structures. The initial setup was very easy for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro could be more flexible in terms of the number of team members allowed, especially on the free plan. Also, sometimes the loading time is long, particularly when I'm sharing my screen on Zoom. It can be slow to load, which is a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves visualization problems and is easy to use, so new team members catch on fast. Copy-pasting allows me to work faster, and templates help prevent overthinking complex structures.

Enhances Team Collaboration and Feedback Gathering

  • December 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for several reasons. The design aspects like the 'infinite' board and the ability to easily change the size of objects help keep things neat. The templates are a good source of inspiration for me. I also really appreciate the feature that lets me see where participants are looking on the board, as it gives me insight into who is doing what and if they might be hesitating about anything. Additionally, it was easy to set up, which I found quite convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the object-clicking seems a bit uncontrollable, like with connections between objects happening without me wanting to create them. Also it would be good if documents could be linked to the board in a visually better way. Some features I do not use because I am not sure how to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to facilitate teamwork, structure thoughts, guide discussions, and gather feedback efficiently and neatly.

Essential for User Journeys and Prototyping

  • December 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is extremely helpful for mapping out user journeys and creating flow charts. I really appreciate the prototyping feature, as it inspires ideas for the layout and allows me to develop my concepts further from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small inconvenience I’ve noticed: when I select an entire user flow chart, including the arrows, I can’t style the text. To change the text styles, I have to select only the flow boxes themselves, leaving out the arrows, in order to edit multiple text elements at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize my ideas and present them clearly to the rest of the team, making it easier for everyone to understand the new feature user flow we're planning to introduce. It also assists us in identifying any gaps in the user journey.
