Facilitated Team Organization and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for application design and it helps me make the flows very visible and organized. I really like the diagrams we can create and how we can place diagram pages within the canvas. This helps organize the ideas and applications we have as a team, collaborating more effectively. The transition from Excalidraw to Miro was easy because I found Miro more user-friendly. The initial setup was very easy, as it was already configured in the organization, I just had to create a team and start drawing. I also appreciate the pen option for freehand drawing, which helps me point things out or write notes by hand on my tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that within the diagram functionality, some options are hidden, such as using free markings and others. We could have more options there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes the flows very visible and organized, helps to organize ideas and applications as a team, allowing for more effective collaboration.
Perfect for Collaborative Interior Design, Needs Enhanced Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I just like how you can be messy with it, but you can also be very organized if you choose to be. You can set up a very messy collage and everyone can just kind of throw in ideas, and then you can kind of pick and pick from there and start to clean it up as you go. I also really like the boards and how you can present it, almost like a PowerPoint, that's really nice. I've found it to be very helpful, and I want my firm to start using it a little bit more because it's very easy and intuitive to use. Honestly, the setup was pretty easy. We used one of the premade templates and kind of edited it to our workflow, and it was easy for an intern who'd never used Miro before to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes zooming in and navigating around the boards is confusing, and I tend to get lost, especially when there's a lot on the screen. The text size is also an issue as it's very tiny when you first type it, making it hard to read. I feel like these aspects of navigation and text could be more intuitive. Additionally, Miro seems very tailored to product and UX design rather than architecture and interior design, as reflected in the premade templates available. Architecture templates would be helpful, I know a few architecture firms use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to collaborate with colleagues easily and organize conceptual designs more freely. It's more freeing than saving in folders, especially beneficial for our hybrid setup.
Great asset to the workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Miro because it lets me think visually and work through ideas in a way that feels natural. I find it especially helpful for bringing people together, whether that’s brainstorming, planning, or mapping out complex projects. Everything can live on one board, so it’s easy to see how ideas evolve and keep a shared understanding over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Miro is that boards can become overwhelming if they aren’t kept tidy, especially on larger projects. I’ve also found that performance can slow down on very busy boards, and some features feel a bit locked behind higher-priced plans. It’s a great tool overall, but it does need a bit of discipline to keep things clear and easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of scattered ideas and disconnected collaboration. It gives me one shared space where thinking, discussion, and decisions can happen together, instead of being spread across documents, slides, and messages. This benefits me by making it easier to align people quickly, visualise complex topics, and keep context and rationale in one place, which saves time and reduces misunderstandings.
Intuitive, Organized, and Perfect for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Was introduced to MIRO at my new work place and i love how free and yet organized we can make our boards. It works exceptionally well for large teams, even when said teams are not necessarily what would you think MIRO would be used for. We use it as a team on a daily basis. Very intuitive, easy to implement once you get to use, very integrated, 10/10 interface, 10/10 would recommend - and i actually do
What do you dislike about the product?
Only complaint is that inserting PDF's makes the board too heavy to load, if that could be solved would be great, if not. it's honestly pretty good as is

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro to collaborate with team members on a design project because it's fast and easy to use. I appreciate that everything can be organized in one big frame, so we don't have to search for files to explain stuff to others. It's easy to organize things and move around in Miro. The initial setup was very easy, and because of these reasons, I'd rate it a 10 on how likely I'd recommend it to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can convert PDF pages to photos so you can have photo control like crop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro puts everything in one big frame, so I don't have to search for files a lot to explain stuff to others. It's speedy, easy to use, and easy to organize stuff and move around.
Magical AI Templates That Transform Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I would say the AI database of all the templates, they were fantastic when I first discovered it and now it is just magical!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most about the application is you can easily run out of resources, including canvas and boards.

Miro replaced Visio and any other process designed application hands down!

Versatile and Useful for Team Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and flexibility of Miro. It allows me to create customized workflows, tables, and task management, practically a bit of everything. Additionally, it was very easy to set up initially and I always recommend it when I meet other professionals.

At the moment, there is nothing I don't like.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's user-friendly interface which makes creating flow charts easy. I appreciate that I can put multiple flows on the same page and include data in various formats on the board. It's great for keeping my customer use cases organized and providing a clear reference for others. The initial setup was a breeze.

Miro can suggest using the right shapes for the right nodes, which becomes confusing to use.

Miro helps me clearly see process flows and keep them as references for others. The user-friendly UI allows me to create multiple flows on the same page and incorporate various data formats.

Intuitive operation makes it easy for even those unfamiliar with IT to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Low awareness. I want more people to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even my boss, who used to insist meetings required face-to-face interaction, seems to have taken a liking to the sticky note style. By happily adopting it, we've achieved asynchronous meetings, freeing up valuable time.
