Effortless Collaboration and Intuitive Interface with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Over the past period I’ve been using Miro extensively at Deployteq, both internally with colleagues and during brainstorm sessions with clients. What I appreciate most is how effortless it feels to get ideas out of people’s heads and onto a shared canvas. Even team members who aren’t naturally visual thinkers pick it up quickly — the interface is intuitive, the tools are simple, and everyone can participate without technical barriers.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to mention a downside, it’s that large, complex boards can get a bit slow, especially when many elements are added over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Miro, brainstorms and planning sessions often resulted in scattered notes, screenshots, and separate documents. It was easy for context to get lost.
Now, everything lives on a single canvas — ideas, user flows, wireframes, notes, links. Everyone sees the same thing at the same time, which creates instant alignment. No more “Can you send me that file?” or “Where did we put that post-it again?”.
Another issue we had before using Miro, preparing physical workshops used to take a lot of time: formatting slides, printing canvases, arranging activities. Miro allows us to have a framework for workshops that we can use, time and again.

Supercharges Global Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an incredibly powerful collaboration tool, especially when working with teams spread across different locations. My team is distributed over three continents, and sessions using Miro are always far more productive and impactful than those that are less structured or rely on working from a deck.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve. I was never shown how to use Miro, so figuring it out on my own took quite a bit of time and plenty of trial and error. Now, though, I find it much more intuitive than when I first started using it. It's also a tool that I find requires time investment up-front. The process of going from identifying a business challenge that requires cross-team or cross-department collaboration that could benefit from a session in Miro, to building the Miro board that can facilitate that session, can be considerable. Not to say it isn't a good use of time, it always is, but I rarely find the existing templates quite fit my needs (although they often provide inspiration).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to run effective synchronous collaboration sessions that span continents.
Essential Tool for Visualizing and Streamlining Team Projects
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how it helps our engineering team turn complex business and project ideas into clear, visual flows that are easy for everyone to understand. Instead of getting lost in long documents or scattered notes, we can map out processes, brainstorm solutions, and collaborate in real time on a single shared canvas. It streamlines communication, helps us align quickly, and makes it much easier to break down large initiatives into manageable steps. Miro has become an essential tool for organizing our thoughts and improving the way we plan and execute projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I dislike, but sometimes larger boards can feel a bit busy. Even so, Miro provides plenty of tools to keep things organized, so it’s easy to work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us solve the challenge of organizing and visualizing complex ideas across different teams. Instead of working in separate documents or scattered notes, we can map everything out in one shared space. This makes collaboration faster, improves alignment, and helps us turn ideas into actionable workflows much more efficiently. It’s especially helpful for breaking down large projects into smaller, understandable steps.

Seamless Real Time Collaboration with JIRA Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's integration with JIRA and love the live collaboration feature. It helps me visualize ideas and makes collaboration easy. The initial setup was also easy for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do prefer to use the Windows app, due to the fact that I often have many other browser windows open but the login experience in the Windows Miro app is inconvenient. I'd like it to cache my user detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for easy visualization of ideas and collaboration. It helps my team with feature sequencing and integrates really well with JIRA, which is very beneficial. It's great for visualizing and communicating our ways of working.
Empowers Remote Collaboration, Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro as a key tool for remote collaboration, project planning, and organizing workshops, as it structures my process and ideas effectively. I appreciate the record and share feature, which allows me to easily share the process and outcomes of my projects. The planner feature has been particularly useful, making workflow management far easier. The initial setup was a breeze for me, feeling very intuitive due to my experience with visual tools. I also like using Miro alongside Google tools for viewing text or tables. If I find it relevant for someone’s job, I would definitely recommend Miro with a score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the wireframe features sometimes don't respond well, which can be frustrating. Copy-pasting text often replaces the original text instead of pasting it as expected. Aligning multiple objects, especially when involving more lines, tends to stack them over each other rather than aligning them side by side with equal spacing. With the record and share feature, it's annoying that people need to be registered users to view the recordings. Exporting to multi-page PDFs is cumbersome because I have to select frames individually before exporting them all at once. The comments feature is a bit bothersome because, while I can see comments in the sidebar, I can't click them to locate them in the Miro space, which is annoying. Also, some URLs appear as nice view bars, while others show only as text, leading to inconsistency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for remote collaboration and structuring my projects and ideas. The record and share feature helps share processes and outcomes easily, although it requires registered users. The automated planner simplifies workflow management.

The downside is that it easily gets messy and chaotic, especially for new collaborators. It is great for your thought process, but it requires a lot of discipline to not let the visual elements spread into chaos.

It helps me visualize complex and interconnected themes in my work, as there is so much freedom with Miro. I don't feel limited. I can have everything at the same place, brainstorming, prototyping, text drafting, project management and collaborative session. It's all one amazing tool.
