Revolutionized Remote Collaboration and Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro allows multiple team members to work on the same board at once, which makes collaboration smooth and efficient. The ability to have people working in different areas simultaneously is incredibly valuable for both individual and team productivity. I also appreciate Miro’s infinite scalability, enabling me to zoom in and out as needed, and to add rich detail to any frame. This flexibility allows me to create a board composed of multiple elements or a frame of frames, which is essential for detailed project planning and brainstorming. The visualization of complex project interactions and asynchronous collaboration are also standout features that make Miro very helpful for my engineering functions and software development tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Highlighting changes on the board and identifying who made those changes between different visits is not always clear. This can be particularly problematic for asynchronous work. Additionally, the lack of a feature for board rollback to a specific date and the inability to compare two boards at different dates is limiting. It would be beneficial to have a functionality similar to Apple's Time Machine for these purposes. Furthermore, the initial setup was challenging due to the difficulty in discerning which features were included in each subscription plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro solves remote and asynchronous collaboration challenges, allowing for efficient teamwork with infinite scalability to manage complex projects effectively.
Intuitive and Customizable for Creative Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for creating sitemaps for my agency's clients, and I most like the customization options it offers and how easy it is to use. The drag-and-drop interface is incredibly helpful for moving elements exactly where I want them, providing an intuitive way to organize my projects. I appreciate the color options for sticky notes and lines, which help in making a clear presentation that effectively communicates important information. Additionally, Miro allows my team and clients to visually understand and determine the structure and layout of a website’s content. This ability to quickly see how information connects is invaluable. Setting up Miro was also very easy; I could connect my Google account and join my team right away. Overall, Miro facilitates a seamless workflow, enabling efficient collaboration and satisfying both my team’s and clients’ expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it challenging to get things to line up exactly right in Miro. While the grid lines and automatic dimensions generally work to help align elements, it can be more time-consuming than expected. Additionally, I feel that having built-in templates with specific alignments could enhance its usability. While I'm aware that boards can be duplicated, the ability to save specific templates for repeated use would be beneficial, especially as I continue to familiarize myself with Miro's capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create structured sitemaps for clients, which clarifies website content and navigation visually for my team and clients, enhancing the overall user experience.

A Versatile Tool for Collaborative Business Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for my work as a Business Consultant, especially when handling projects focused on process optimization, business models, and digital transformation. Miro is my platform of choice for process mapping, design thinking, solution designs, and prototyping solutions like apps and dashboards. One of my favorite aspects is its infinite canvas, which offers limitless space for creativity and complex diagramming. Miro's versatility is unmatched; it allows me to do a myriad of tasks seamlessly in one place, replacing a host of other tools like Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and sometimes Excel. I also appreciate the variety of templates and prototypes available, as well as the ability to create with AI, which adds a sophisticated layer to my projects. The capacity for collaboration is invaluable, enabling me and my team to work together effectively, maintaining a standard across projects. Overall, Miro simplifies tool usage for our projects, converting multiple platforms into a singular, collaborative experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use the AI tool for process mapping, it often feels too flat and basic. At times, it's faster to map processes manually due to the effort required to make AI-generated visuals meet business meeting standards. Additionally, the prototype and AI functions aren't very flexible when it comes to making improvements, unlike in other tools like Lovable, where I can refine a prototype over days. In Miro, I often need to complete everything in one go or start over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to simplify project tools, allowing team collaboration, standard documentation, and seamless prototyping in one platform, replacing Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

I also appreciate the overall ease of use, which makes navigating and managing tasks straightforward. The initial setup was very easy, which allowed our team to get started without any hurdles. I find Miro invaluable for creating organizational charts, marketing flowcharts, and operational diagrams, especially given our unique structure, where a standard org chart isn't sufficient.

The interface is intuitive, visually appealing, and flexible, which makes team collaboration feel effortless! Overall, it's one of the easiest and most effective tools for turning ideas into clear, organized visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has so many templates and features that it can sometimes feel cluttered, especially when I only use a small subset of them. The abundance of options can make the interface feel overwhelming and I often don't know which of the lesser-used features would actually be helpful. I also wish it were easier to personalize the workspace, like saving my preferred formats or surfacing the tools I use most, so I don't have to rebuild from scratch each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
