It is simple to use with clients who have never worked with it.

When there is a lot of information on the board, it lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work with my colleagues and clients remotely. I don't need to carry notebooks.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is my go-to platform for jotting down ideas and collaborating with my team. Onboarding is intuitive, and it's the most flexible, user-friendly service to integrate. I visit Miro 20 to 27 times a week for any concerns, support from the Miro team is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not applicable, Miro is the one of the most usable collaboration tool in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping me address a major challenge: collaborating with my team to bring everyone together on ideas and reach final decisions.
Essential Tool for Design Workshops
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Miro is well designed, which is essential for my work. I also appreciate the wide range of templates that come in handy to get started. These templates help me move faster and allow me to keep the parts that are essential to what I'm trying to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating multiple pages inside a Miro file can be helpful. Else, everything can turn into a big dump without proper segregation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for design workshops and creating experience maps or flow-charts. It's easier for creating certain artifacts like flow-charts, which aren't as seamless in Figma. Miro is my go-to for workshops, paired with design in Figma.

I like how easy Miro makes it to communicate across multiple times quickly

I think Miro is sometimes hard to learn/introduce to some people

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro contains various resources and useful features for visualizing concept maps and charts in an easy and dynamic way. These resources help me a lot because I work with concepts that are difficult to understand, and visualizing these concepts in dynamic maps makes Miro very valuable to me. The initial setup of Miro was quite intuitive, and I found it very easy to start and begin using it easily. Certainly, Miro is excellent and I really like this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro could have a few more features like image templates, or features similar to Canvas, because there are not enough templates that can be used for different functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me with the dynamic visualization of questions, problems, hypotheses, and solutions in my research, facilitating the understanding of difficult concepts through dynamic maps, making them accessible to those who are not in the field.

At times, moving elements can be a bit challenging, particularly when trying to select several at once. The process of selecting multiple items simultaneously isn't always straightforward.

Remote work can present challenges when it comes to collaboration, but having visual representations and the option for several people to work together in real time is extremely helpful.

I love using Miro for visualizing email flows and project planning with many moving parts. It's a great virtual whiteboard that makes it easy to lay out and visualize ideas. The flexibility and ease of use allow me to paste screenshots, images, and use text blocks, making connections and arrows move around as needed. I appreciate how easy Miro makes it to share the content with my team, allowing them to interact with the material easily. It's the best tool for visualization and mapping, and its initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any frustration I have is probably more of a reflection of my need to spend time understanding Miro's features and strengths better.

I really like the ease of use and the variety of templates that Miro offers. It requires no training, which is fantastic because I can get a group to collaborate in real time with little to no effort upfront. This really facilitates discussion and ensures participation from everyone involved. I appreciate how Miro supports collaboration on a variety of topics, like product roadmaps and storytelling, with flexibility for real-time online collaboration. The initial setup was very easy for me and my team, and I would highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had issues with not being able to see all my boards and had trouble finding my boards at times. This may be due to license limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for document version control and sharing content. It's easy to facilitate real-time collaboration with little effort, which secures participation in discussions. The variety of templates and no need for training make it very user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro for planning and visualizing features and epics, as it helps me understand how the requirements will fit together. I appreciate the easy-to-use visualization and collaboration with my team. The new AI assistant is great for quick image creation because I can quickly create images specific to what I am working on without leaving Miro. The initial setup was as easy as can be, and I would rate my likelihood to recommend Miro as a 10 out of 10.
