Intuitive Visual Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its ability to help me create detailed workflows using different shapes and arrows, which effectively communicate processes from start to finish. This also extends to illustrating user journeys, making it a versatile tool for visual representation. The user-friendly features make Miro especially valuable as they allow for easy usage and sharing, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration among team members on the same board. Its intuitive design helps ensure that processes are communicated clearly and efficiently, increasing overall team productivity. I have always been a fan of Miro, appreciating it as our primary tool for team communication, and I highly recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of exporting documents as PDFs from Miro quite challenging. It's not as straightforward as I would like, making it difficult sometimes to share documents efficiently with others. Additionally, I occasionally encounter difficulties when creating new boards, as it tends to default to a whiteboard format, which isn't always suitable for my needs. The creation of different board types can be hard at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to communicate ideas and workflows visually with my engineering team, ensuring feasibility assessment and collaboration are seamless.
Perfect for Visual Collaboration and Creative Brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Freeform collaboration is really helpful for visual thinkers like me. While I don't use much the advanced multi-user capabilities, like voting, the easiness of use lets you intuitively find workarounds for pretty much whatever you need. It replaced paper and pen for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easy way to convert Miro brainstormed, messy ideas into structured sheets or reports. Something that can be copied into a different platform for further refining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Miro, I had a hard time aligning on ideas online. When discussing with people, I need visuals to drive the conversation.

Flexible Topic Structuring Makes Presentations Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is being able to define the structure and grouping of the topics I present on the board. This way, I can maintain a smooth explanation with full context, rather than being limited by a slide’s fixed layout, which often doesn’t allow me to present a range of ideas within it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don’t notice the resolution at which my input is placed, and only later realize it’s much lower or higher than 100%.
In addition, table management in Miro isn’t dynamic enough — it doesn’t allow for interesting layouts or meaningful content highlighting.
Elements like arrows also don’t behave well when they don’t have an anchor point. For example, if I want to point to something inside an image, the arrow won’t stay straight and tends to jump around.
The alignment tools are also lacking. If I want to measure or align elements with specific spacing, it’s not precise or flexible enough.

A Great Tool for Early-Stage Prototyping & Idea Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
With Miro, I enjoy how easy it is to create user flows and visualize early-stage prototypes. The drag and drop interface feels very intuitive, and the wide range of icons and components lets me quickly map out screens, actions, and decision points. It speeds up the prototyping process, especially when planning out multiple flows on the same board. It keeps the flow organized, and makes it easy to understand. I appreciate the AI prototyping feature. It helps turn my ideas into rough visual layouts very quickly. It gives a good starting point that I can refine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be tricky to get the AI to generate exactly what I need when prototyping complex user flows or interactions. It would be helpful if Miro could better refine suggestions based on what I'm already working on, so the AI output matches my intentions more closely. The results are still useful, but this would make building detailed prototypes faster and more precise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to plan user flows, map out ideas and create early prototypes for product design projects. It helps me visualize my thinking and quickly iterate on concepts without switching tools. It helps me structure my ideas clearly on one board, explore different flow options, and practice prototyping as part of my Product Management training.

Effortless Team Structuring with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for its excellent capability to help me structure my team effectively, particularly through creating detailed skill trees for project planning. I appreciate how Miro allows me to stop relying on physical paper copies, especially useful during meetings where changes are frequent, thus offering an efficient digital alternative. The platform's ability to permit working on different sections of my board and sharing it seamlessly with others stands out as a feature I find immensely valuable. This collaborative and flexible environment enables productive teamwork and fosters easy communication. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro is very straightforward, essentially plug-and-play, which significantly eases the onboarding process. I am so satisfied with Miro that I rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others, and I have already recommended it to peers.
