A Creative's Dream Tool: Easy and Efficient

  • November 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the simplicity and ease of use that Miro offers. The learning curve is incredibly manageable, allowing anyone to become proficient in using the platform within just ten minutes, minimizing lost time in trying to understand the software. This ease of adoption is crucial, especially for onboarding new team members or collaborators without prior experience. Additionally, Miro's ability to gather all necessary references, such as links, videos, and photographs, in one accessible space is invaluable for project organization and direction. It helps in guiding team members efficiently and setting the right project mood. The ability to make quick changes based on feedback and maintain seamless communication between different levels of hierarchy within the company is another feature I highly value. The simple tools like sketch, pen, shapes, lines, and especially the sticky notes allow me to annotate and comment efficiently. Being able to tag superiors or coworkers for updates and changes fosters collaboration and keeps the team aligned with ongoing progress. Overall, Miro significantly enhances productivity by eliminating the need for time-consuming meetings and streamlining the workflow with effective tools, all while maintaining simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I specifically don't like that when I get tagged in Miro, I have to be on the board itself to catch up. Even though I receive emails notifying me of changes, these emails simply state that the board was edited or updated without providing a concise summary. I wish Miro emails would include a brief summary of changes to provide a quick overview. This would help me decide if I really need to visit the board. Additionally, the loading times can be jarring, especially when working with large boards, which can disrupt my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to gather project resources, organize mood boards, and facilitate seamless communication across hierarchy, making changes and idea shaping easy, thus saving time on meetings.

Intuitive Idea Organization with Miro, But Needs Better Board Navigation

  • November 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro primarily for brainstorming, creating timelines, and planning my day, both solo and collaboratively with my team. I find Miro particularly useful as it offers an easy way to organize and consolidate my ideas as well as gather input from my team. I love the sticky note design as it mimics writing down ideas on paper, which resonates with me as a visually-oriented person. The feature of adding pictures and GIFs to my boards is invaluable since I often include visual inspirations and motivations such as images of Lee Know from Stray Kids. Additionally, setting up Miro was super easy, which I really appreciate, and I am so satisfied with Miro that I rate it a 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to friends and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Miro board too large and wide, which creates issues when I place everything on a single board. It becomes difficult to locate items easily because there is so much content to navigate through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to streamline brainstorming, organizing my thoughts visually, and collaboratively compiling team ideas effortlessly.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Miro. Dealing with it is straightforward, and I can quickly share and spread ideas. It's not only user-friendly but also has a sleek, sophisticated appearance, making it appealing and fancy. Additionally, it serves a significant purpose by being useful for others to iterate on, promoting collaboration and idea exchange. The initial setup of Miro was really easy, with no friction at all, which allowed us to start utilizing its features immediately without any obstacles. Because of these attributes, I am definitely pleased with Miro and chose it first for our purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more features related to data management. Specifically, I wish Miro could connect data to provide real-time insights, such as live website traffic monitoring, directly within the platform. It would be beneficial if this data could be linked to specific forms or notes for seamless analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me take ideas out of my head and visualize them easily to understand and share with others, making planning and connecting information seamless.

Miro: Intuitive, Feature-Rich, and Instantly Engaging

  • November 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I recently discovered Miro, seeing some of my master's students using it. I was immediately impressed. There are several platforms that serve to centralize note-taking. But the scrolling feature that Miro offers really caught my attention. Separating by subject, making drawings, writing down ideas and insights, and uploading photos... all in one place, it's enchanting. But as I said, the automatic scrolling and resizing is what made me stick with it and use the tool daily. Everything is very stable and intuitive. Within a few minutes of use, I already knew how to best use it for my purposes. And I continue to discover ways to use the tool better, precisely because of the number of features the platform offers. One day I'd like to subscribe to a premium plan to discover even more functions, which will certainly help me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have more tool options, at least to see what the premium plan is like, perhaps during a trial period. Also, I'd like the tool to recognize when I'm using an external mouse and when I'm using the laptop's built-in mouse. Sometimes I get confused when switching between them, and it's a little annoying and bothersome, but nothing too serious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing multiple ideas and easily moving between and through them.

Intuitive and Creative Platform for Collaborative Planning

  • November 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's quite intuitive to work with and provide almost endless opportunities to be creative while planning collaborative exercises. It's been a wonderful companion for me in my role as a product manager especially with distributed teams and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, may be there could be more application of AI within Miro in the near future making some of the work faster, for example if I want to setup a template for an activity, I would like to try to chat with a Miro AI specialist to help me do it faster and better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem being solved is bringing distributed teams and clients together on a board where they could all see and do things together - in sync or async.

Streamlined Team Planning, Needs Better Frame Navigation

  • November 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate Miro for its ability to simplify planning processes by allowing me to put everything on the board, significantly reducing the need for repeated discussions with my team. I can effortlessly use different frames, which are highly beneficial for organizing thoughts, making checklists, and jotting down pointers. The exceptional feature of connecting points from one frame to another through a thread and tagging each frame, as well as assignments using the toolbox option, stands out to me. It not only streamlines operations like creating flowcharts but also enhances team collaboration, as tagged members can easily view and respond to the tags. Once the setup was complete, interacting with the system became highly intuitive and user-friendly, making the entire experience smooth and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the scrolling of the Miro board between frames is problematic. The board is laid out in a way that makes it difficult to navigate, especially when there are multiple frames. This can lead to people getting lost while trying to find their specific frames. An improvement could be made by allowing users to simply click on a frame so that it pops up immediately, rather than having to search for it through scrolling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for team planning, reducing repetitive communications, and facilitating seamless coordination with visual tools like flowcharts.
