I really like Miro for its design and aesthetic, which makes it visually appealing for problem-solving and idea sketching. I also enjoy the infinite canvas feature—it feels limitless and is perfect for brainstorming sessions. The initial setup was really easy, and I would rate my likelihood of recommending Miro to a friend or colleague a 9 out of 10.

Great for Visual Mapping and Linking Ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I like that objects in one frame can be linked to objects in another frame, which helps me as a financial planning and analysis accountant to link operational and financial processes in Miro. This feature makes it easy to map out processes and link specific activities within the process to another frame containing financial statement breakdowns, facilitating communication of ideas to finance and non-finance stakeholders. Additionally, I found the initial setup fairly straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation can be a bit tricky because moving around the board requires me to right-click, otherwise I accidentally select or move objects if I left-click on my mouse. It's not really an issue, but something to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me quickly put down ideas and see high-level perspectives on processes, and I can link objects between frames, which aids in planning and communicating financial and operational processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro easy to use and love how it allows for interaction which is great for team building and meetings. I really like the templates because they save me some time. When I need to create a specific meeting just once, I appreciate being able to choose a template from the library and adapt it to my needs. The initial setup was easy, which was a pleasant start. Overall, it's a great tool.

Effortless Collaboration and Real-Time Teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes collaboration incredibly easy. The real-time editing, clean interface, and huge library of templates allow teams to brainstorm, plan, and map ideas without friction. I especially appreciate how fluid the experience is, no lag, no confusion, and everything updates instantly. It’s great for workshops, quick ideation, and aligning distributed teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features feel locked behind higher-tier plans, and the pricing can add up for larger teams. It would also be helpful to have more robust offline capabilities and smoother performance for huge boards with heavy content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps centralize collaboration for us as a remote and hybrid team. Instead of scattered documents or long meetings, we can visualize ideas, map workflows, and run planning sessions in one place. It reduces back-and-forth communication, keeps everyone aligned, and speeds up decision-making. It's especially useful for design sprints, backlog refinement, and process mapping.
Quick and easy architecture sketching
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Miro is being able to see all my documents, drawings, pictures, references, and sketches in one place. I appreciate the various file formats that I supports. The preview thumbnail of website links is also very insightful.
What do you dislike about the product?
My work in architecture uses PDF files with a lot of lines. Miro seems to lag when displaying these files, so I have to convert my PDF files to image files before pasting them onto the Miro board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has solved my digital workflow, where I don't always have access to a printer and physical paper drawings. I can easily upload the drawings to the Miro board and sketch over top in various colours and shapes to diagram and conceptualize architecture.
Creative and Flexible Collaboration Tool

It's a creative and flexible way to allow groups to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive, which makes it difficult to share with my team.

Effortless Whiteboarding with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its easy-to-use interface and find the templates very useful for getting started with workshopping activities. The easy sharing feature is great because it allows people to easily enter the board to participate. The initial setup was easy and straightforward, and sharing was just a click away from an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team structure is a little confusing. I was being invited to a board but not a member of the board. However, it still shows up on my team environment. Probably do not have the account shown as my team environment if I'm not a member and just share it as a board/file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps seek alignment and clarity across teams, with templates for workshopping and easy board participation. Its interface and sharing are straightforward, enhancing collaboration.
