Efficient Integration and Simplicity in Miro

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of creating projects and immediately starting to draw or place components on the workspace. The integration with Google Drive and Google Slides makes it very easy to copy links from presentations or documents and have them within Miro without complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Miro to be able to accept copy and paste directly from vector files, or directly from Illustrator. But I understand that this is complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easy for non-designer teams to collaborate effortlessly with designers in creating interfaces and screens, visually expressing their ideas in a simple and shared way.

Aesthetic Collaborative Tool with Room for Speed Improvement

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love having everything I want on one canvas. It's a great collaboration tool, so I can share with coworkers and other interested parties. It's very user friendly and appealing to the eye, which is great when sharing detailed table information with less technical folks. The initial setup was very easy and seamless. Overall, it's a great tool, and the fact that it's free adds to its appeal.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a little faster to create tables for data modeling. For instance, you can't hit enter to move down to type in another column - you have to click on the next row or hit tab several times. Also, auto linking relationships would be nice so I don't have to do it manually. Any relationships I wouldn't want to show could just be deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to show executives my vision and how data connects. It lets me have everything on one canvas, is great for collaboration, user-friendly, visually appealing, and simplifies sharing detailed information.

What do you dislike about the product?
Moving boards from legacy workspaces can be difficult. Pricing could be a bit less steep.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The tools and straightforward editing system make working with photos and other information much easier for me. I find it user-friendly, and the wide range of features only adds to its appeal.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are a lot of items or assets loading in Miro, the platform tends to lag significantly, especially when I try to move the screen around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been a valuable tool for my children's tutor, making it easier to help them study more effectively. By transferring the book chapters onto Miro, the tutor can edit and adapt the material in ways that suit my children's understanding much better.

Seamless Remote Collaboration with Miro

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to collaborate with folks who live far away from me. It makes us feel like we can work together and get the same kind of experience as if we were in person, even though we're working remotely. I think Miro feels really freeing because it's like an endless whiteboard. I can easily try something out, and if it's not working, I just move to another space on the board to try something else. It's great for sharing drafts, leaving comments, and tagging collaborators without feeling like things need to be perfect. I enjoy using sticky notes and text to annotate what I'm working on so others can see my thought process. I also appreciate the recording feature when others use it to guide me through their process. I like the new features, like being able to put in docs and other formatting types. The initial setup was very easy for me, even many years ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes the layout and alignment could work a little bit better. It can get kind of clunky to clean up a board and make all of the pieces align nicely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to brainstorm and collaborate with my coworkers as we're developing tools, making remote work feel like we're in person. It's freeing with endless space to try ideas and share drafts effortlessly with comments and tags.

A Game-Changer for Remote Team Collaboration

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for work in so many ways like team brainstorming, creative reviews, voting, presentations, and collecting inspiration. It’s great for collaboration as my team and I can see and work on ideas together from anywhere, using it like a digital whiteboard to strategize visually. I love the speed of Miro; dragging and dropping things is really easy, and everything can be organized however we want. The virtual sticky notes are fantastic for jotting down ideas, and we often use the comments feature to leave notes on images. The built-in timer is useful, and the presentation/follow mode works well for sharing ideas with external collaborators. Setup was super intuitive, and everyone on my team picked it up quickly. I definitely recommend Miro with a 10 out of 10, love the product!
What do you dislike about the product?
Could possibly have more simple built-in image editing tools like 'remove background' or change perspective, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps my team collaborate on brainstorms and activities from anywhere, acting like a digital whiteboard. It supports visual strategizing for future initiatives and enhances team collaboration.

Infinite Canvas and Efficient Collaboration with Miro

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the 'infinite canvas' of Miro, which offers a wide and unified workspace to examine different areas. Having everything on a single board makes it easier for anyone to see the whole story or work sequence. I also appreciate the ability to organize information chronologically or by work areas on a simple board, structuring it in the way that best fits, and the flexibility to zoom in for details. I use it a lot to visualize systems, structures, and to create collaborative pieces, conducting workshops with colleagues and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grids present behavioral constraints that are a bit frustrating. What I can do on the Canvas, I can't always do within a cell. I prefer not to use some components and create my own structures so that they are more flexible and free from these constraints. Another frustration is the inability to nest the frames. I have to create artificial board organization structures just to work around this limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my Design process as a Product Designer, I use Miro for collaboration on projects from research to development, helping to visualize problems and facilitate collaboration. It is essential for initial analysis and project planning, and for workshops, allowing access and contribution from anyone.
