What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro makes it remarkably easy to organize thoughts and share them, which is crucial for our strategic mapping processes. The AI feature is particularly impressive as it turns abstract thoughts into Post-it notes, providing an efficient way to synthesize large volumes of meeting notes and derive meaningful insights. This functionality significantly enhances our ability to make sense of complex information swiftly. The initial setup of Miro was both easy and fast, allowing our team to start leveraging its capabilities without delay. These features collectively make Miro an indispensable tool for our team, and I would highly recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated with the limited ability to create diagrams with a wide range of shapes in Miro. This constraint limits the flexibility I need to fully express complex ideas and visualizations. Being able to utilize a varied set of shapes would greatly enhance the utility of Miro for my strategic mapping tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro makes it easy to organize and share thoughts, turning meeting notes into actionable post-its, which helps map our strategy effectively.

Easy to use, great for collaboration. Easy to send invites to collaborators. The feature of adding and exploding all pdf pages is very useful. Update

It's a great tool for collaboration and creating visuals and presentations. It's easy to work with, has a large community of templates, and a great support function.

Intuitive tool with versatility, but cost issue
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the intuitive UX/UI of Miro, as it is extremely user-friendly and easy to understand for me. This significantly facilitates navigating through the application and saves me valuable time on my creative work and school projects. I particularly like the search function, which allows me to quickly and efficiently find the tools I need, greatly simplifying my work. The switch from Canva to Miro was also positive for my team and me because Miro offers more tools and has a better workflow. I found the initial setup of Miro to be very easy and intuitive, which made the transition smoother. Overall, I am very satisfied with Miro and can wholeheartedly recommend it, which is why I would give it a 10 out of 10.

I find that you have to pay for almost all good things.

I also greatly appreciate how it facilitates the process of creativity, information analysis, and presentation to different people. The initial setup of Miro is quite simple, which makes it accessible from the very first moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely, the topic of artificial intelligence tools. I still think there is much to improve within the Miro ecosystem, especially in the different artificial intelligence tools they are incorporating.

I like the pre-build templates, the easy navigation, easy sharing with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more "prototype" features, like Whimsical. Not to build a robust prototype, but to wireframe designs, product solutions etc. I ended up always using whimsical for that.
