What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro easy to use, which makes it a great tool for digitalizing brainstorming and simplifying collaboration in workshop exercises. I also appreciate the very good ready-to-use templates that are helpful for building UX planning and workshops. The initial setup of Miro was very easy, which made getting started a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some edit functionality is confusing, especially when I need to edit copy in post-it notes or resize and connect them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps to digitalize brainstorming and simplify collaboration in workshops. It’s easy to use and has very good ready-to-use templates that are helpful for building UX planning and workshops.

Collaborative Powerhouse with Room for Improvement

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for Sprint Retros, Mockups, Wireframes, Workflow diagrams, story mapping, and definition workshops, essentially any digital whiteboard collaborative space needs. I find it gives a pretty open-ended space for users to collaborate in real time together. It's a super friendly space to brain dump and iterate quickly and easily. I also find the diagramming and out-of-the-box tools for wireframing really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Higher fidelity mockups don't work as well. If you had more robust cut, lasso, select, etc. options like Snagit offers it would make utilizing existing interfaces easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for Sprint Retro's, Mockups, Wireframes, and more. It gives a single open-ended space for users to collaborate in real time.

I use Miro for work as an interactive whiteboard. It's easy to collaborate with others in a workspace without bounds, giving me freedom for many visual layouts. I like that there are many connectors, apps, and extensions, and it runs smoothly on all systems I use, including Linux. The absence of technical hiccups means no time is lost, and the apps allow me to further extend the functionality of Miro. The initial setup was pretty straightforward and fit into our flow well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's lag when working in a really large workspace.

Ease of Use for Diagrams, Improvable in Design

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of assembling logic blocks in Miro. When designing prototypes of a new product or software, I find it very easy to make flowcharts because they have all the elements available, which makes it easy to present clear and presentable diagrams, even for non-technical teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes it tends to be a bit complex to align the designs. They already have functions that help make it symmetrical, but it could be better. Honestly, the initial setup was a bit complex because I didn't quite understand the spaces in the corporate account at first and I was losing my files, but then I understood it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes designing prototypes easier by simplifying the logic scheme, presenting it clearly for non-technical teams. Flowcharts are easy to assemble with all the available elements.

Innovative Freedom for Collaborative Brainstorming

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Miro provides the freedom to innovate on the project process and brainstorm collaboratively with remote colleagues. The 'stickies' are fundamental to collaborative brainstorming, and everything resonates from them. I also enjoy that 'Uptempo Funk' acts as the soundtrack of any productive brainstorming session.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love Miro AI to understand our unstructured mess and turn it into structured documents when a more formal way is required. We generate example maps, but I would like to see this replicated in a formalized structure, with ticket numbers I can copy. Currently, we use Notion as our 'structured' place, but this requires a lot of duplication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides freedom to innovate on the project process, brainstorm collaboratively with remote colleagues, and try new things. It lets us work in a free and unstructured way.

Revolutionized Our Collaboration with Real-Time Features

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for brainstorming and working collaboratively. I like how it allows me to pull together from different sources and view everything in one place. The ability to work together in real time with others virtually is great. I enjoy the post-its feature, where I can drag and fill in real time, group them, and others can add notes to each other's post-its. The initial setup was easy, and it was simple to get all the team added to the same workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can be slow if a board has a lot on it, and I don't like not being able to download pictures and screenshots from the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to pull together from different sources and view everything in one place. It helps us work together in real-time with others virtually, enhancing our brainstorming and collaboration.
