Effortless Navigation and Customizable Templates Make Collaboration Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate and the great templates which can be further customised to suit your particular needs. I find it easy to share and collaborate on. Its also got great AI features now to help support bring it all together. It's integration features mean you can pull it straight onto a teams chat or meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything! Although it would be nice if there were more features such as downloading in word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me map out process maps with ease, facilitate brainstorming meetings and do activties remotely.

I love Miro's sticky notes and flowchart features. They help me a lot in my studies and tracking tasks. The sticky notes are great for jotting down things that need attention, while the flowcharts make learning easier by letting me highlight keywords. I also appreciate how Miro allows me to collect important notes or materials in one place and add any caption or text to them. The initial setup was smooth, making it easy to get started.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of Miro. Adding formats is easy and the layout is simple and intuitive. Moreover, the initial installation was very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the option to map and visualize ideas. Also, the fact of being able to share it with my colleagues to work asynchronously. It is very easy to use.

Not being able to use AI tools fluently to construct concept maps

It helps me visualize abstract ideas. In this way, I can design complex processes clearly.
Intuitive and Flexible, Yet Needs Navigation Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is easy to learn and has a friendly UI. I also appreciate the flexibility of options to use, making it easier to achieve what I need compared to Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation when presenting ideas can be tricky. I sometimes have issues with zooming out or in the right spots. Some smart features, like finishing my board for me when it recognizes the trends I'm going for, could be improved. Better templates would also help; the ones available are very complex, and I don't need this level of complexity.

Miro provides clear visualization for my team, helping us understand and achieve complex logic behind rule-based flows.
Effortless Collaborative Brainstorming and Iterative Coding Diagramming for Product Creation
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its ease of use when diagramming ideas and sharing them with the team. I mostly use it for brainstorming, early-stage ideation and for ppt's, easy to integrate for these reasons I use it frequently. I do not use customer support because is easy to use and i never had problems with miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that it can be difficult to edit implemented diagrams into a more polished, presentation-ready format for slides. In addition, collaborators without a Miro license face limitations in how much they can interact with or edit the boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to brainstorm and structure ideas collaboratively in early and advanced stages of projects (all the lifecycle really, because we do refactors and iterate over ideas frequently). It helps me align stakeholders visually, map user journeys, and translate complex concepts into diagrams that are easy to discuss and iterate on with the team.
