Intuitive, Lag-Free Whiteboarding with Easy Exports and Jira/Confluence Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to visualize and share ideas with ease. I love the ability write text at any size and zoom in and out. I could also different shape and images.
I appreciate that I could export my ideas in pdf and images. This allows me to analyze the content is independent AI platform
I also love the newly added table feature. I have used it for a bit now
In terms of response during use, it is quite good and does not lag
I like the fact that I could link it from inside Confluence and Jira with ease. In fact, interact with the board from those environments
I dont know much about the cost but i think its worth the spend we are really dependent on it
It is quite easy to introduce new team mates to use it. In little to no time, they are already using it and become very familiar with because it is intuitive
I do notice the AI prompting especially things like suggesting turning a text to document

What do you dislike about the product?
Two persons cannot edit a text field together. very limiting
Exporting is limited to just two formats pdf, csv and image
When you zoom out of a frame, the text header for that from may not reduce in size and eventually become awkwardly large compared to the frame itself
Resizing a sticky note automatically resizes the text. At time, you just need more space and not a text size increase

Effortless Diagramming and Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of building diagrams and sharing them within an organization with Miro. It's easy to create a visual presentation of a data architecture or an engineering architecture in Miro so everyone can see it and be aligned in a remote setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Miro could automatically use AI to generate reports based on my GitHub or my code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for architectural visualization and flow diagrams. It makes it easy to create visual presentations of data or engineering architecture and share them within the organization, keeping everyone aligned in a remote setting.
Miro Keeps Our Team Aligned with Efficient Workshops and Powerful Templates
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has helped us improve communication and transparency within the team. It keeps everyone aligned by providing a shared space where ideas, feedback, and updates are easy to access. It’s also very efficient for running workshops and tracking project progress. The many features—such as templates and the ability to create workflows using AI—are especially helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I export boards into other formats, the layout and formatting often change completely. As a result, sharing documentation outside the platform becomes a real problem, since it no longer looks the way it did originally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of coordinating ideas and workflows across multiple teams. In my role, it makes sprint planning smoother, supports clearer architecture discussions, and streamlines client collaboration sessions. Overall, it improves efficiency and helps keep everyone aligned on the project’s goals.
Visual Collaboration Made Easy, Creation Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Miro for mapping out workflows and running retro and steering meetings. It's a great visual assistant, especially for collaborative meetings, enabling users like me, who are visual people, to see the work rather than just reading it. I really appreciate how Miro allows for mapping workflows that are color-coded for different departments and having retros with differently coloured stickies related to the tone of feedback, which helps my brain interpret the information effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find it super intuitive when I am the one who has to create something. It works well when I have a base template but not as simple to build from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for mapping workflows and collaborative meetings. It's a great visual assistant for collaborative meetings, enabling me to see work rather than just reading it. Color coding helps me interpret information more effectively.
Asynchronous Collaboration Made Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro allows for asynchronous collaboration with my peers and professor, which is essential on days we aren't in person as well as during class discussions when visual aids are needed. I also love the ability to upload PDFs easily, as most of my content is in PDF form and not very compatible with other software. It saves me the hassle of having to take screenshots and upload images separately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawing features can be a little clunky, as well as some of the text options. There's a need for a better delineation between post-its and text, as well as a smoothing feature on drawing tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for asynchronous collaboration with my peers and professor, even outside class, enhancing discussions with visual aids. Also, it lets me upload PDFs easily without converting them into images.
Miro Makes Visual Collaboration and Brainstorming Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is especially helpful for visual collaboration, team brainstorming, organizing ideas clearly, and making workshops more interactive and practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can start to feel cluttered when there are many participants or a lot of frames, and it sometimes needs a bit of extra guidance so everyone knows where to focus. Presentations can also feel cumbersome when the board contains many frames, making it harder to move through everything smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me address the challenge of making my classes more practical, visual, and participatory. It lets students collaborate in teams, organize their ideas, build frameworks, and apply concepts during class rather than just listening to theory. For me, the biggest benefit is higher engagement: activities are easier to facilitate, and I get clear, visible evidence of student participation and understanding as we go.
Miro Made Remote Workshops Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the tool that saved us during the covid and a real enable for remote working. As a product manager it was a key tool to allow complex workshop.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning it was easy to create boards etc... and when we start to manage license and right management it became more hard to manage ou boards with good reactivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is an eabler to complex workshop with large people amount working remotely
Great Tool for Remote Teaching but Needs Stability Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can change colors, draft and picture assignments on Miro. It allows us to work on it together and share it around, which is great because students can have access to the board. I find it valuable for visual distinction and understanding the steps and order of things happening. Putting assignments on the board helps students literally understand how it should look on their paper, matching it with how I'm doing it on the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It glitches quite frequently, especially when I use my Apple Pencil on the iPad. The pencil just stops working, and I have to wait about five seconds or refresh the app before it starts functioning again. It's weird because this never happens when I use my finger, but it constantly glitches with the pencil. I need to use my pencil to keep my writing neat and tidy, so I'd really like these glitches fixed for using the Apple Pencil.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely, and Miro helps me connect with my students, ensuring they see, understand, and visualize concepts. It bridges the gap in remote teaching, ensuring students understand what's going on.
Effortless Real-Time Collaboration for Team Brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is one of my go-to tools for brainstorming sessions with my team and clients. The best thing about it is how effortlessly anyone can collaborate in any workspace in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro could have more fun tools that won’t make it a boring collaborative tool. Some extra fun features would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time brainstorming sessions for team members in different countries across the globe for me was a challenge until we came across miro and now we cannot stop using it
Versatile, User-Friendly Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for a variety of activities in my work as a project manager. I like Miro's ease of use, especially for workshops where clients can easily set up and understand how to use it, like with post-it notes. Miro is reasonably customizable, allowing me to create visually appealing workshopping decks that set the mood for participants. I appreciate the templates for getting ideas set up quickly, as they are easy to combine into what I'm looking to make. They help communicate information visually and make it easy to digest. Post-its facilitate quick brainstorming, and images can be pulled in to support work, helping to keep sessions engaging and interactive. Templates save time, which is valuable for achieving other tasks throughout the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Miro could offer more flexible color options. Creating timelines in Miro is difficult at a granular level because any adjustments tend to require manually updating any items that come after. I've had to use another software for my granular timelines, while I create the high-level ones in Miro. Adding dependencies into timelines would be helpful so that if I extend the time of an item, it would automatically shift later items. Removing weekends from the timeline view would also help, as they give a false narrative of how long things take, and I need to account for this when creating them. Also, when using Miro with Notion, it's annoying that you can't freeze the view as any accidental mouse scrolling will lead you to a blank section of the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize group sessions and workshops, making it easy to track ideas with post-it notes. It's customizable for creating attractive decks and templates save time, helping me focus on other tasks.
