Intuitive, Fast Interface That Works Seamlessly Across Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface a lot - it's simple enough for a newbie, yet complex enough to do a lot of tasks quickly - with the help of hot keys and button modifiers (like cmd, option etc), it's very intuitive and easy to use once you learn it.
I also like how fast it is on any device - I can work with my boards from a laptop and then switch to mobile view for a quick glance while i'm commuting.
There's lots of help available online so any idea you have and you're not sure how to implement it, you can find help easily online via a quick search or talk with AI.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some simple elements sometimes are hard to work with precisely - like a placing a miniature single line in a tiny space, drag and drop here is not always very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to create wireframes for my custom app fast and Miro helps here as its very easy and quick to drag and drop a detailed wireframe for a new page, or modal screen. It's also obviously really good for flowcharts of any kind.
Flexible, High-Performing Storyboarding Tool That Fits My Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro has a lot of flexibility between platforms. I am a graphic designer and copy/paste assets from my Adobe library into Miro often. It's a great tool for storyboarding and quality control. I also like the interactive features, like stick notes. It also performs really well and integrates naturally into my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the most common problem I have with Miro are the unstable connection issues. Miro will often go "offline" at random, which slows down my work flow. Sometimes Miro will get bogged down with larger PDFs that are posted onto boards. This isn't critical, as PNGs and JPEGs are supported, but I feel there is less flexibility when it comes to PDF files. Also, sometimes Miro isn't the easiest to use on a mobile device. When I am out in the field with a client and need to check one of my boards for reference, sometimes it hardly loads. Having a stable mobile app could really help using Miro on the go!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps my team with visual brainstorming, connecting creative team members in a hybrid workplace, and creating a more efficient workflow. We save time as designers with a visual reference, especially when it comes to brainstorming and quality control.
Miro Makes Presenting and Real-Time Collaboration Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The zoom option in Miro helps me focus on specific parts of the board and explain details more clearly while presenting.
The drawing tool is also useful because it helps me highlight and emphasize important content during the explanation.
Another important feature is the possibility of real-time collaboration, since multiple users can work and interact on the board simultaneously.

I dislike the number of clicks and steps required to configure the sharing link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a teacher, Miro solves the problem of providing an electronic board that can be built collaboratively in real time with my students.

The real-time collaboration is great for communicating efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more guidance on the best use of templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the board to brainstorm, develop and coordinate production and posting for social media.

Miro’s Interactive Visual Boards Make Client Sessions and Brainstorms Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
The interactive (stickers, comments, resizing, colouring) + visual (stickies, shapes, imported images) component makes for an excellent way to move from brainstorm to rough ideas to tasks lists and more. All in one platform! Since I work with business owners on their marketing strategy, I've used Miro to onboard, run sessions, and check in with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many clients, despite being comfortable with online products, struggle to get permissions set correctly and locate video conferencing for the first time. I have added explainer videos but it still seems very case by case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having organic conversations that feel like you're in the room together even though you're sat at computers. It has elevated my strategic facilitation to meet clients where they are.
Powerful Collaboration with Real-Time Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Miro for my schoolwork because it lets us pin up our work easily and view it all in real time. The ability to co-work is fantastic, as I can see what everyone else is working on, which helps me notice when to make changes to my own work. The variety of tools Miro offers was a big reason for switching from Google Docs, and I found the initial setup to be quite simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the type of files Miro supports, since sometimes important files are too big. It would be better having a large MB limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows us to pin up work easily and view it in real time, helping me see what others are working on and decide when to make changes.
Intuitive Interface, Perfect for Teaching
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's pretty efficient interface, allowing me to paste an image, some text, or whatever directly, which I think is really good. It helps when a student has a question on the spot, and I can just grab things from different sources and paste them together to create something useful. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the whole thing is really intuitive. It's one of the best interfaces that I have seen, which makes me recommend it a lot to other teachers and sometimes even non-teachers, saying, 'Oh, you should try this out. It's really good.'
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, sometimes I use a multiple screen setup, and I think the ability to maybe move the toolbar to a different place would be great. Also, the ability to paste some audio or video directly, like a YouTube video, would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro lets me use a digital whiteboard to quickly solve student queries during class. Its efficient interface allows me to easily paste images and text, creating unique materials on the spot from different sources.
Simplifies Visual Collaboration with Intuitive Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the interface and the tools provided by Miro, and how much functionality is enabled through a simple interface. The workshop facilitation features seem to be designed by people who understand the challenges of running remote workshops. They're easy to use, not overcomplicated, and sufficient for my needs without overloading me with unnecessary features. I also find the setup and getting started to be straightforward and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some very fine, detailed nuances with the feature set. Specifically, I use copy and paste or alt drag for new elements, especially for text elements, because I often use Miro to layout large amounts of text for presenting. It's almost like document layout, and rather than using the toolbar to select new text elements, I'll simply just alt drag the elements for speed and convenience. However, one issue is that I then have to go back and resize all of the text fields so they fit the amount of text inside. It would be nice if there was a feature to fit all of the text containers to the size of the text in them, rather than retaining the size of the text container they were originally copied from. This is a very minor, fine detail issue that's based on how I use the application and it doesn't affect my overall opinion of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for creating shared understanding through visual communication, brain dumping, sketches, and mock-ups of UI ideas. It's also a great workshop facilitation tool.
An Amazing Space for Collaboration and Sharing Ideas
What do you like best about the product?
An amazing space for collaboration and sharing ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to get heavy and sluggish at times, but that may be our fault for adding too many images. It would be nice to have an option to load some images in a low-resolution preview mode when they aren’t needed right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My fellow collaborators and I are literally miles apart, each in a different country, so it’s nice to be able to sit down together at a virtual table and really flesh out our ideas.
