What do you like best about the product?
Easy to complete contracts with clients and trustworthy. Also easy to edit
What do you dislike about the product?
quality of support is low as it can take days to get a response on an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
used to have to wait for fax now simply have someone sign in seconds. Also so much easier to get international business with this tool!

Streamlined & Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, straightforward and cost-effective. Like other eSignature solutions, it saves a ton of time and paper by allowing documents to be signed at signee’s convenience, but it has just the right amount of features at a good price.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I understand, signees have to create an account. With other eSignature solutions, this isn’t required.
It can also be a little clunky at times and when signing in person, it doesn’t give the option for the signee to put in their own email and instead shows my email as having signed the document in the history, rather than the signee. I of course use the photo ID to counterbalance this, but that feature isn’t quite so straightforward in that the photo ID attachment isn’t clearly linked to anywhere.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined the signing process. We no longer need to set up a meeting to have documents signed, nor do we need to send PDFs for people to then sign and send back, etc

The convenience for my customers is epic. I get so many compliments how easy this is for them.

Great Tool for Office Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
SIgnNow allows us to instantly send out quotes and track who has signed our paperwork. Additionally, it allows us to maintain records online in the archives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful to us is that we use a free version and many of the features are limited to our version of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow has allowed us to operate more efficiently, spend less on postage, modernize our contracting techniques all while staring signed documents in the archives for future reference as needed.

Be sure to review the features when deciding which version of the application you will utilize.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and works well for what my office is needed to do the job sending clients for their signatures. On top of it, very reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing is lacking about SignNow comparing to other applications, it doesn't generate Signnow by and follow with the number after the signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are some company doesn't accept signature using SignNow, due to the lack of signature is certified and verified to include a unique signature ID, time and date, information about the signer, IP address from the signer’s location.

Quick, Easy, Fast, Always Available
What do you like best about the product?
I have been with SignNow since the early stages. When I first signed up for SignNow it was owned by SignNow and very new, throughout the years it became CudaSign owned by Barracuda Networks for awhile and now it's back to its original name. Even though the branding and name changes happened as expected in most cases the platform was always reliable and always worked great! Throughout my time using it the features stayed pretty much the same but just kept getting better and better over time. None of my data was ever lost or moved, the forms just kept getting snappier and snappier, and the application kept getting smarter. Clients never had an issue figuring out how to use it and the whole experience has been amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a feature I really dislike. The nice thing with SignNow is if you want something you can reach out to support and they can give you a way to accomplish what you want or they can add it to the next release roadmap. I feel if there is something someone really doesn't like it's mostly their fault they don't like it because they haven't reached out to see if it is possible before giving up and saying they don't like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SignNow I don't need to mail paper back and forth or worry about if my clients have a fax machine or scanner. Phone apps are great for capturing PDF's with the phones camera but not everyone can figure that out the easiest. SignNow makes the experience easy for everyone saving money on postage, paper, ink, toner , and time!

If you like saving time, money, and mailing resources and don't want to pay ridiculously high fees to take online signatures, sign now is for you!
