Love this app
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the app. I like that it allows you to insert not just signatures but also text, initials, check marks and date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t say there is anything that I dislike about this app!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly time! It’s nice to have a client fill out there contract prior to our appointment so I don’t have to wait 15 minutes while they read and sign.

Time it takes to generate the final docs

Almost all official docs are now signed on the go and don’t waste time.
This has made my life easier to get things signed by my client on a moments notice.

We send over Agreements for our clients to review and digitally sign. Clients find it easy, hassle-free and we love less paper!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a lot of fields to complete, it can be a bit tedious. Setting up a generalized template is ideal to avoid it being a nuisance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where before signing and printing documents and returning them via scan or fax was annoying, our clients can simply complete the fields online and digitally sign. It is infinitely easier for both parties and reduces the unnecessary paper waste!

The website is very easy to use for both signers and also very fast. You get a lot of notification to make sure your document was successfully created and signed.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop options to complete a PDF. It makes it very simple for us to create and even easier to show people where to sign properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that people need to download an app to sign it on their phone whereas they don't need to on a laptop. Also, we have contracts that require to choose a checkbox out of 3, but we have to mark them as all clickable instead of having the option to choose one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send over contracts for our clients to sign, they really enjoy it. It is a very quick and easy process, contracts ger signed a lot faster, we don't need to babysit our clientele to get it back. Also it doesn't waste any paper, which we are careful about. All companies should go paperless nowadays
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We've researched a similar software for a while before using SignNow, it is easy to use, straighforward and price/quality ratio is very interesting. Definitely recommend.

Easy to use and less expensive than competitiors
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to use, it is less expensive than the competition, and I don't use it every day, so it's not a service I am willing to shell out a ton on as far as a monthly fee. SignNow is fair.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some options that could be easier to customize, such as the outgoing email inviting people to sign your document. To my knowledge, you need to change that email each time you want to send a document, and it would be nice to have a template for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use it to send offer letters out to candidates to our company. It saves them time from printing/signing/scanning/emailing the offer back to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend SignNow. I don't use all of the advanced features, but for getting someone to sign something quickly and easily, it's the best
User Friendly at it's best.

I love how simple it is to just get started with using the services. Other used services required me to watch a few tutorials just on navigating their system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I currently dislike about it.

I get my documents signed without having to go meet clients that are far or not worth the drive for a quick signature.
