EASY FORMAT AND COMPACT, WISH THERE WOULD BE AN OPTION WHERE COSTUMER COULD SIGN IT WITHOUT HAVING TO DOWNLOAD THE APP.

NOT A LOT OPTIONS, PRINT NAME SHOULD BE ADDED, TITLE AND ETC.

You have to pay extra to send multiple documents to a client at the same time.

This makes completing contracts a breeze.
An extremely user friendly and efficient way to manage contracts

Not sure how to change default emails.

As a construction company, we needed a better way of tracking and managing the many contracts being sent out. The SignNow program allows us to have one place to send, track and store all contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that it is so user friendly, fast, and accommodating. Efficient. Usable even while boss and other co-workers are out of the office for vacation, business meetings, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Love all of it. Probably the learning stage of figuring out how to create forms and templates. Once you figure it out, however, it is lovely!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real estate transactions when signer are in different locations. Love the feature of having one person sign and then the form goes to the next signer in line. Works great for vacation requests....boss signs first, then HR director next.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that we are able to send our insured's applications to sign electronically! It makes it so much easier to obtain signatures electronically rather than through the mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The person signing the application is not able to make changes to the application.

We are now able to obtain signatures electronically rather than through the mail. It makes it so much easier to issue policies and make changes when we can obtaining them electronically.

SAVVY & SIMPLE
What do you like best about the product?
Great for non-savvy computer users too. Ease of use from start to finish. From starting the uploading to the loading the information required is terrific.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easier to use on Apple products. For the person on the receiving end, wish there was a bigger button for them to push or clearer way for them to see how to set up their signature. They often call to see how to do this. Our end users are often not computer savvy. They are often trying to sign from their cell phones. More room to type a message to the customer, if possible, increase the # of characters available. Would like a feature to resend the same document, if there is a feature already, it is not easily recognizable. Right now I have to reload and set up again to resend to same customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are binding business faster in our insurance agency because we can get the signatures faster. Saves us time and money, time to not have to prepare hard copies to mail & money in copies & postage.Just saves time!!!

you allways have it with you. on your mobile phone or on an ipad. before we used paper reports and they would not look re presentable after a while of keeping them in our vans.

sometimes the completed documents get stuck in the application

the documents are always at your hand and easily archived. also solved a few gdpr issues we were having
