Ability for existing Administrators to easily build out and maintain a complete service solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Routing can be challenging, and diagnosing chat traffic can be tricky

What do you like best about the product?
Service cloud has given us a way to connect all our different departments in one place to be able to assist our stores. This has been a game changer when it comes to providing service to our stores! Chat features make it easy for managers to connect to an agent or they can submit requests through the service catalog.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides even after using for more than two years
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our stores are now able to go to a single place for assistance with everything from IT Support to HR. They can quickly be routed to the correct agent when using the chat features and are able to search the knowledge base to try and fix their issues prior to submitting a ticket.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides us with a full 360 degree view of all our customer data and interactions in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little to dislike. Looking forward to leveraging new products like Agentforce to tap into more of Service Cloud

Automates much of our CA workflow and provides great reporting and dashboards

Not enough of my clients rely on it. Too many clients still use service now and cannot be convinced that service cloud is a superior replacement

Creates a channel for reps to submit patient assessments.

We love service cloud! It has made a huge difference to our organization.

I don't have any complaints about service cloud! We very much enjoy using it and find a lot of value.

The lighting layout improved the layout flexibility and we are still learning how to create a better user experience.

Recommend out of box functionality and be sure to let customers know that more customization is not always good.
