What do you like best about the product?
We love being able to have all coustom interaction data in one place. Our service agents love being able to use Omni channel to get diverse types of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are concerned about our upcoming transition from Chat to MIAW.

The demos of service cloud have been truly amazing. It is incredible what can be done on the platform and with AI. Highly recommend a demo.

Nothing to dislike except the costs, but that is part of the whole package expectation

What do you like best about the product?
Service cloud is the best software for handling cases. It incorporates AI, knowledge base and omni channel technology for our fan relations representatives to solve cases quickly.

Additional add ons cost extra. The price can add up quickly.

Service cloud is the sole platform we use to handle cases for all of our events with can reach 20,000 attendees

Service cloud as part if Health Cloud is integral to us enabling our members to be as healthy as possible

It would be better if you supported MD Azure for things like OCR

I think the pricing can be complex if we have ti add up more features specific to service cloud like bots live agents etc
