What do you like best about the product?
I love the email-to-case feature in Salesforce. It helps me collect all data for better reporting and keeps my agents experience all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can not color code certain fields
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is supporting our corporate customers and travel agents with multiple communication channels

Service cloud as part if Health Cloud is integral to us enabling our members to be as healthy as possible
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if you supported MD Azure for things like OCR

We use Salesforce communities for new hire documentation's and our company processes and for ticket submissions across the globe
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing can be complex if we have ti add up more features specific to service cloud like bots live agents etc

Mostly for case management and hosting our intranet documents
