Best product of Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Service cloud is best platform to solve both problems of client by providing service and support to their business practitioners. Its easy to use tool for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Service cloud is not having better field service capabilities. Its price is very high as compare to other salesforce product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has all trait as good product which includes case managment, Knowledge management. It also increases the efficiency of service company.

What do you like best about the product?
Einstein and flows and field leavel security's & integration these are the best that I use regularly in my org this every time I had assigned with a task every time I learn new kind of actions while implementing the scenarios this is the best platform to improve our skills and this is so easy to use and when ever I struck with the issue I can raise a ticket and get support from the customer support team

Maintenance should be scheduled after business timings

There are many issue in that most help full Is reports and dashboards and mainly Einstein prediction

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is used as a ticketing service tool at my organisation and it is easy and quick when it comes to using salesforce. It has helped me to learn and gain knowledge about salesforce very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be salesforce outage which can cause issue sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The knowledge base article are easy to create and find. This helps with supporting customer quickly and with correct information.
Best Cloud to manage Customer queries
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to manage cases and customer queries whether it is related to lead opportunities and other accounts. We can do email to case ,web to case and chat support using in this cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is more expensive than other cloud.Sometimes we also face integration is challenging in service cloud.

Salesforce service cloud help us to send Emails or other ways to contact with our customers . There is lot of features in which we use serive cloud for our business uses also . It helps us to improve connectivity with customers.

Sometimes it may delay in responses of our emails and chats , this makes improper solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Service Cloud provides a variety of channel communication that will allow us to reach our customer for their query.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call center use case is still not native to salesforce would love to see the Salesforce coming up with its own product/module for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part of Salesforce Service Cloud is able it is able to gather all the info from the customer in one place and whenever the support agent wants to refer they can have it in one click.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and configure the required details for your business or company and easy to implement. UI and services provided by Salesforce service cloud is very helpful.

There are few limitations but thta will only encounter when you have mass data

I have to say, I really like Salesforce Service Cloud. The ease of use is fantastic. The customer support is solid too, always there when you need them. I'm on it almost daily, so the frequency of use is high for me because it's an integral part of managing customer inquiries. As for features, it's loaded with all the tools you'd ever need to create a knowledge base and integrate with phone systems. The ease of integration is definitely a standout feature. Plus, those automation features? They make my job way smoother. Overall, it's just a great tool all around!

There's one thing about Salesforce Service Cloud that kind of bugs me – it can get a bit pricey, especially if you're running a small business. They've got these different plans to pick from, and they start at 25 USD per user per month when you commit to the whole year. That might not sit well with small businesses that are watching every penny. And here's the kicker: if you want to add on some extra features, even the basic ones, it jacks up the cost even more. It's like you're paying for each little thing, and it all adds up pretty fast.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives overall information about the leads which needs to be managed. Also it gives access & full control over sales process no matter how simple or complex it may be. It's a one stop shop for every data you may need to finalize a deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's bit difficult to the first time users since the training & implementation of the tool takes charge of little complexity. Hence after the training session you may feel easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us in using various tools in one single software which is almost handy & superfast in implementing & accessing multiple information in one go.
Utilisation, management of Salesforce cloud services
What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for this kind of software where I can use various features like management, email messaging, lead management, automated assignment services and also i was able to handle email queries & escalations in one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
We faced issue while handling email of customers. Basically the escalation mails have certain pointers to highlight but sometimes we were unable to highlight that. Also this is bit of a higher price range. And now after giving suggestions to the team we are again going to try this feature. Hopefully it's resolved by now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto chat support is what helping our service team tremendously. It creates case automatically when a user stuck somewhere. Also the call centre integration to third party is a best part of Salesforce cloud service by using softphone the user experience is amazing.
