How the UI works. Users can see and access everything without having to jump from page to page. Everything is all on 1 screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found anything I dislike.

We use Service Cloud for a knowledge base and help desk
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your homework first, understand what it can do and what you need it to do. Use a core team to build and test then release to a core team as well first.

What do you like best about the product?
The SaaS platform has integrated end to end sales process from pre-sell to post selling and customer support. It is seamless to get entire sales data from leads to converts to hit rate from one single view
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of learning curve required to get familiar with the platform however it is not much. Once u see the benefits you get attracted to the tool and interface and would want to learn more

We have integrated our full sales process across multi business and multi sites on the cloud platform. It helps in single version of truth around sales data and needs no manual spreadsheets to review data in MORs

The interface is very customizable to meet individual needs.

There is a steep learning curve and the Salesforce training is very little help.

It is a help desk ticketing system for one of our companies products.

How easy it is to customize to attend our business need, either by using the standard tools or going deep with apex code

What do you like best about the product?
The saas based platform integrates the entire sales processes across the organization and provides consolidated dashboard for the review process. Its quite comprehensive and provides a lot of data cuts and slices

The learning curve is a bit steep and the product is a bit expensive compare to other sales saas providers. However its best in class, so no regrets. I would benefit from personal tutorials in real time which could help me on board users quickly

We are trying to build sales process automation for client organization using sesforce. Its really feature loaded with options of cross selling and upselling to prospects. We can tag social network as prospects and do campaigns which is helpful

Being able to have all information available and tied to a persons account is super helpful on managing multiple people's orders and account. ESPECIALLY the task option where I am able to set reminders/tasks for myself and my team.
