What do you like best about the product?
The Demo showed as part of pre solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Commercials something need to you work as part of Enterprise levels and custom made companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding challenges in the key Days which are exclusive for sales and revenue generation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Reach out to the excellent support staff they have, You mention your problem statement, and they will come back with solution delivery.

An all in one platform to interact with customers, keep records of all conversations & track progress & engagement with them. Best platform to track if your support team is working efficiently on all leads

Nothing to dislike, its a great product with great features

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations are amazing with SFDC! I use it daily and I love the product

At times the service is slow which causes delay in work

What do you like best about the product?
The UI, ease of finding data, creating/adding new contacts in the CRM, tracking opportunities and the customer journey on SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data can be overwhelming, need to learn how to use salesforce beforehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the complex challenge of understanding the buyer's journey on Salesforce Cloud. Benefits are proper pipeline management, ability to create reports and understanding each stage of the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Omni Channel set and the Skills that we can assign to the Service Support analysts. I like the tools like Zoom Info, D&B hoovers, Crowdvocate, Apptus.
What do you dislike about the product?
l got Nothing to dislike with Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The routing of cases, Chats and calls with Ease of use is the best feature I am experiencing. The customer and partner portal is really helpful to the business without any hickups

What do you like best about the product?
It's been quite a good learning experience to be part of this digital initiative. Knowing the emerging digital trends both in sales and marketing is helpful and practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, there's nothing missing and nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Target monitoring, Analytics, Forcast Analysis, Performance Measurement have been quite efficient and effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Must have tool for sales force performance monitoring, alanytics and target forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
Flows are the best part of Salesforce for quick development. Also, there are a lot of built-in integrations. You will not find this type of liberty in other CRMs like Siebel.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should not be any certification maintenance like PMP and other certifications to maintain it. When we are certified once, we should not be asked to certify again.
In Saudi Arabia; there is no salesforce as Salesforce does not provide a local cloud. So, they should provide a Local cloud to satisfy the clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with LinkedIn and integrations with other applications.

We used to get Salesforce Mobile Application within minutes for our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In Saudi Arabia; there is no salesforce as Salesforce does not provide a local cloud. So, they should provide a Local cloud to satisfy the clients.

Ease of use, ability to have multiple accounts, reporting is clear and easy to use

Nothing, maybe the design can be improved

I used Salesforce as CRM system, was useful in keeping customers data and needs and direct customers profiles based on their needs
