Useful and Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to have all of my necessary tools in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that the program would freeze and lock up in certain circumstances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems that are solved with Salesforce include recording customer calls, transferring calls, managing and receiving calls, documenting calls, access to Knowledge Base, access to screen share technology and another other information needed to complete tasks.
Extremely reliable system.

I am impressed with how easy it is for customers to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales order problems and delivery issues.

Its multi tenant architecture, various features it offers, Customization, Light weighted thread, User interface

Nothing to dislike. It is the best CRM available. We cannot dislike anything

Veeva CRM is built on Salesforce CRM, which is used for Medical purposes. Reps use to sell their samples

What do you like best about the product?
The ability that all information from our different teams gets filtered into Salesforce. With being into tech support I can have case history pulled up to see what has solved a particular issue with other clients and even create help documents to assist in training new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some portions of the software i would love to have an automated process for or even further filtering to select things I'm not looking for on a normal basis be removed from search results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to pull case history for my teams results and filter based on cases opened or closed and issues presented to see what issues may be a common problem or see an issue that may require additional training for the team

I don’t have any problems with this software. Salesforce allows worked to track progress on projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a great tool to document customers interactions and also you can use al the data it provides to improve customer interactions. Great follow ups and xustomer retention tools at hand. Overall a great way to service customers.

It can be a little expensive, and need some training to be thorough but overall good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps my business to review past customer interactions a d provides robust data to conduct meetings.

What I like best is all the features this system encompasses. For example, allowing you to create professional business proposals to send out to customer. Before a potential sell.

Im solving problems involving issues and products that I may be not completely knowledgeable about. It allows me to chat with reps and also look up information about services.

helps manage all of your customer data in one place and allows workers to be more productive and efficient by tracking customers history and adding reminders for the sales calls and meetings

The psychology of being tracked; with the implementation of CRM software even the team will have concerns about the possibility of being hacked. However, with the right training and guidance, it can be rectified

Custoner L1 support cases are tracked using this

What do you like best about the product?
I like that this program was very easy to navigate through. I always appreciate a system that is user friendly .
What do you dislike about the product?
There really wasn't anything about the program that I didn't like. It wasn't complicated to log in or request additional information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems being solved would be the ability to identify and communicate discrepancies with in the payroll system. The format and layout is so simple and easy for each user to read and identify those mistakes and then communicate those to our supervisor for correction is also easy to do.
Worth it
What do you like best about the product?
Service Cloud really has it all. Clients have everything they need and it's easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service could be faster but that's all I can really say.

It's nice to have one database of all of our clients
