Makes it easy to manage all my accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce makes it easy for me to keep track of all accounts assigned to me

Salesforce layout, it's a little messy (lots of info)

Salesforce has been a tremendous force in driving our upsells from our Technical services team. Convenient integration with our ticketing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to configure initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been implemented to record leads to our sales team as well as any al la cart services that are enabled by a technician
Best CRM for the Buck
What do you like best about the product?
what i like most about sales force is the ability to keep track of clients with detailed notes and reminders that i can set. There is a very easy learning curve with salesforce you don't need to be a computer guru to use the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot that i dislike about salesforce the only thing that I do dislike is the potential for duplicate accounts to be created within salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
predominantly we use it a sales tool for keeping track of the sales cycle. At first we use to use an excel sheet to track the progress of our leads but Salesforce is leaps and bounds a better tool to use.
Contractor Portal
What do you like best about the product?
I like how salesforce can allow contractors to submit all of their documents through the portal that was built for them to use. It keeps everything organized and submitted in an orderly fashion. Also the contractors can get notification and keep their applications organized through a dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal has a learning curve for those who are not as tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep application submittals organized starting from submission through the portal and being able to review them from an admin side.

use Salesforce if you want ease of use and platform building.

SFCC has proven to be an effective tool to improve productivity and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be improved so that adding quick notes is quick vs. requiring multiple clicks to get to a notes page to enter notes in a text box and then clicking to save the note.

Productivity and Efficiency in sales leads and opportunities.
Greatest tool ever!
What do you like best about the product?
We used the Salesforce Service Cloud to manage all conversations with our customers. This tool is very user friendly and helps keep everything organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be lying if I said there was something I disliked about this tool. It’s definitekt worth the investment.

Communicating better with our customers in an effort to meet their needs. We had over 10,000 customers and were always seeking to serve them the best we could!

Definitely make sure to learn how to use this tool well as it will facilitate your job and meet your clients’ needs!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Salesforce, is the ability to handle customer's accounts. You can easily manage their accounts and add, delete, edit their information. We utilize this tool to have our customer's information and be able to get in contact with them if anything. This tool has "Help and training" so you can learn how to use efficiently the tool. Thanks to Salesforce, our data base is super organized and we don't have issues looking for profiles. This is something I like. You can look for accounts using the customer's email address or their phone number.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that it does not offer like many features. However, the ones it has, are the best. I personally think they can add value to the current features it has because they are very useful. They can increase their efficiency so it provides a better experience for us. Another thing I dislike is, that you are not able like to set reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize this tool to have our customer's information and be able to get in contact with them if anything. We have the ability to send emails directly from Salesforce. As well, the ability to make calls through this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesforce is the best tool for the database. You will not regret having this awesome tool in your company. It helps in a lot of ways. Making calls, sending email, administrating accounts, creating profiles, etc..
