Love Salesforce Service Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
Great program! We have been dedicated users for almost a year now and have no complaints. It has made interacting with customers much easier and more fun - it has also helped us keep organized records.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, we dont have any complaints about this program

It keeps us organized, and we are able to keep up-to-date files!

It was simple to learn and very easy to use!

I currently have no dislikes at this time.

Salesforce was used to make sales for antivirus products and for ticket documentation as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for those who work in sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the interface is very simple, it's very easy to find what you're looking for and take down customer information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit glitchy, so sometimes it won't click where you clicked or you'll have to refresh a few times for changes to take place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used for logging customer service calls.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a fantastic client for accessing data and responding to customer requirements remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to configure. There is a lot of support, but the implementation is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This had been a wonderful solution for realizing metrics across the team.

The ability to track sales clients and conversations to ensure proper follow up and follow through.

I really have no dislikes although this is the only software of this kind that i have used.

The ability to track sales calls and manage a book of business.
