BEST CRM YOU CAN USE

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, amazing customer service, great training and knowledge database
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimal discounting, and built as a marketing automation support feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the platform for the benefits of marketing automation that is seamless and happen to have the ability to use the CRM. We still really enjoy it though!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They consistently improve and take customer feedback seriously. This is a great company to work with and will help you every step of the way. The only complaint is that sales people don't really know the product usage. THey know how to close the deal so you have to work with a lot of sales support staff, and integration managers to get an understanding of what you need and how it works. This is something HS could easily change but they make up for it in other ways.

Gets the job done for what we need!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize all of our information in one place without creating duplicates and skewing the data! Creating manageable work loads that are presented in a list to be completed daily opposed to searching through giant lists of customers one by one checking if they need to be contacted. The system predicts needs almost like magic. I think it has really benefitted the way our team works together as well as our productivity overall!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a texting platform that was easy to merge with the CRM without needing multiple tools. Currently the system requires at least 2 other subscriptions from other brands to be able to integrate texting into the Crm. Texting is a very critical tool in todays world especially with the clients we manage and need to be in contact with daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organizing clients based on their need and when they need to be contacted. Allows us to manage the clients needs without duplicating contact and being overbearing to the client. We are able to organize the groups of customers into smaller groups based off the needs and wishes of the clients based off of their actions on our website in addition to the history which is easily presented in their profile.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
to have a hubspot texting platform and not need any integrations with other brands/company. Currently you need an 2 different platform just to link a texting ability to the CRM

Hubspot CRM Functionality

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hubspot integrates with Google and so many of its extensions. We recently added Vidyard to our workflows and it integrates seemlessly into Hubspot. We are using lead scoring to really hone in on quality leads and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Periodically and for no reason, I do get logged out of Hubspot. Also periodically, my emails sent direct from Gmail may not hit Hubspot tracking. otherwise everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to analyze lead quality so that we can apply the correct campaigns to the appropriate clients and Hubspot has made that very simple. Creating campaigns and landing pages is pretty simple and user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use and has so many functions that completely cover all areas of Sales and marketing. Even a beginner user can easily navigate Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I adore the capacity to make and screen giving an account of different types of substance, for example, messages, points of arrival and structures, notwithstanding the mechanization potential outcomes and plentiful approaches to find out about contacts and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
A portion of the association could be better executed for an improved UX. I would likewise love to see a superior rearrangement of picture records. At long last, the email layout manufacturer and editorial manager is very barebones and now and then finicky - I'd love to see a few upgrades made to this, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot to draw in, achieve, support and hold leads. I've by and by adored the productivity it acquires the domain of email advertising. We've had the capacity to both get and convert a more prominent measure of leads, notwithstanding support those skillfully and successfully. Thusly, we've created extra income and advanced client maintenance.

Great Marketing Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create and monitor reporting on various forms of content such as emails, landing pages and forms, in addition to the automation possibilities and ample ways to learn about contacts and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the organization could be better executed for an improved UX. I would also love to see a better reorganization of image files. Finally, the email template builder and editor is quite barebones and sometimes finicky - I'd love to see some improvements made to this, as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot to attract, attain, nurture and retain leads. I've personally loved the efficiency it brings in the realm of email marketing. We've been able to both bring in and convert a greater amount of leads, in addition to nurture those skillfully and effectively. In turn, we've generated additional revenue and optimized customer retention.

Great product, and integrates well with other platforms such as Salesforce.

HubSpot has changed the way I work as a marketer!

What do you like best about the product?
Love how user-friendly the interface is. I've worked with other CRM tools such as Marketo that are not as easy to understand and are overall super clunky. I really like that all tools are laid out based on discipline as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there's anything I truly dislike about this tool. Sometimes there are bugs, but HubSpot works hard to keep their tool sharp and always running well. If I had to say there's a drawback, I would say that it's in the number of videos you have to watch for certifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're working to improve client ROI through the use of the HubSpot CRM and tools such as Marketing and Sales Pro. This allows us to achieve their business goals quickly while also providing a way for them to manage their customer relationships.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's best for smaller companies, but quickly working its way into enterprise-level use. Make sure you review all of the content they provide.

HubSpot CRM offers measurable resources to track and grow our chemical company

What do you like best about the product?
Between the team of customer success managers and support helpline to the litany of learning center courses, I have never had an issue that has not been addressed quickly, sufficiently and politely. The design elements offered through landing pages and forms has transformed our website. The landing pages make it easy to design and we have been able to boost our social media efforts and expand our reach worldwide.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app has some major issues including viewable properties and how to import. The setup of the app is extremely basic. Also, there is no way to have a team forum within HubSpot to leave notes and tasks without assigning it within a customer property. It would be nice to be able to exchange notes back and forth within the software. Does not transport information from Apple contacts. Can't use email on phone to track and receive invoices unless I am logged into HubSpot to send and receive emails. Calendar function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating the need for travel by offering the ability to reach people through video. Our website is more measurable and higher level user experience by attracting customers to our site through social media and email, delighting them with free and gated resources and educational content and measurable analytics that inspire us to create more focused content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not ideal if you rely on phone applications over your desktop.

Time Saver

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an excellent time saving tool to manage a large quantity of accounts. The personalized sequences, tasks, and deal board organizes everything for you to optimize your time and sales.
The training Sales Software training videos were very thorough and made the program a lot easier to use in the beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the new changes to the top banner. I dislike clicking more then absolutely necessary. The old banner had the major application listed that I used vs having to now click on "sales" to get to a drop down to enter your tasks or deals. I also do not like the integration of air call. You have to have multiple tabs open while on the phone otherwise clicking off the call tab will hang up on the person your talking to. Going through a queue is no longer fast and seamless. Your call no longer can complete that task to move through you queue quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My major noticeable different is the consolidation of my contacts. The properties consolidate the lead groups so you can filter the best people to call first.

What do you like best about the product?
The contact view is amazing and I love being able to see all the relevant activity for a contact in one easy snapshot. HubSpot CRM makes it very easy to prepare for calls. From a sales perspective, it's the best CRM I've ever worked out of. HubSpot CRM has set the bar for what my expectations are out of a CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The defaults could use some attention. Because of how dynamic the records are, you can find yourself spending more time than you think getting your custom view set up how you need it. Once it's set though, you're off to the races.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM saves me time and enables me to be more productive in my conversations. It helps me quickly and easily communicate pertinent information across teams in our organization and keep everyone aligned.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try!! I truly believe that once people see what this CRM can do, and how easily it is to configure, they won't turn back.

Sales and prospecting tools that work and save you time

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot sales is really saving you time focusing on qualified leads. It works very well when synchronized with Gmail or Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about it. HubSpot is adding features all the time. If I had one thing to add, it would be to include sms sales tools to HubSpot. I know we can integrate other sms softwares to HubSpot but would prefer a native solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time. I'am able to better engage with my leads and delight them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Imagine working only on qualified leads! Imagine automating your followups. Imagine being able to see what you're prospect are reading and needing. Save time and close more!
