Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an excellent time saving tool to manage a large quantity of accounts. The personalized sequences, tasks, and deal board organizes everything for you to optimize your time and sales.
The training Sales Software training videos were very thorough and made the program a lot easier to use in the beginning.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the new changes to the top banner. I dislike clicking more then absolutely necessary. The old banner had the major application listed that I used vs having to now click on "sales" to get to a drop down to enter your tasks or deals. I also do not like the integration of air call. You have to have multiple tabs open while on the phone otherwise clicking off the call tab will hang up on the person your talking to. Going through a queue is no longer fast and seamless. Your call no longer can complete that task to move through you queue quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My major noticeable different is the consolidation of my contacts. The properties consolidate the lead groups so you can filter the best people to call first.
HubSpot CRM is a time saver
What do you like best about the product?
The contact view is amazing and I love being able to see all the relevant activity for a contact in one easy snapshot. HubSpot CRM makes it very easy to prepare for calls. From a sales perspective, it's the best CRM I've ever worked out of. HubSpot CRM has set the bar for what my expectations are out of a CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The defaults could use some attention. Because of how dynamic the records are, you can find yourself spending more time than you think getting your custom view set up how you need it. Once it's set though, you're off to the races.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM saves me time and enables me to be more productive in my conversations. It helps me quickly and easily communicate pertinent information across teams in our organization and keep everyone aligned.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try!! I truly believe that once people see what this CRM can do, and how easily it is to configure, they won't turn back.
Sales and prospecting tools that work and save you time
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot sales is really saving you time focusing on qualified leads. It works very well when synchronized with Gmail or Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about it. HubSpot is adding features all the time. If I had one thing to add, it would be to include sms sales tools to HubSpot. I know we can integrate other sms softwares to HubSpot but would prefer a native solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time. I'am able to better engage with my leads and delight them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Imagine working only on qualified leads! Imagine automating your followups. Imagine being able to see what you're prospect are reading and needing. Save time and close more!
Great CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
CRM is user friendly, training is made available for free and the support functionality is great, you can file a ticket with any questions chat to a support team member or ask they community. nothing is too hard or too complicated and Hubspot team is always available to help. The ability to provide the sales teams with leads and them to be able to see all the relationship built with that customer/lead from the timeline. also the ability to book meetings by sending your diary to a client and they can pick whatever day/hour works best for them avoiding the need to go back and forward a variety of times to find a date/hour that works for both.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing in particular, sometimes can be a bit overwhelming as it there are so mainy training courses available and there are so many elements to the CRM. Its also a bit frustrating when sometimes it takes hours to get through to ther support, but you can always log a ticket and they will go back to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of alignment between Sales and Marketing. It has allowed us to align sales and marketing and make it more clear to the team what each team is doing and how we are all working torwards a goal. The marketing section is great including automations, socials, analytics, and you can cross reference the marketing analytics with the sales data and understand your conversion better.

Hubspot is constantly innovating and improving and listening to the needs of their customers, and always available to solve day to day issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some members of staff in the help messaging system are more helpful than others (I am surprised that some are still there).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring follow up is always carried out, keeping emails personal while reaching a large volume of leads, pipeline management, sharing information with other departments
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The more you use it the better it gets. Set up very clear processes and ensure the whole team are fully trained on these processes and that regular checks are carried out to ensure that everything is being done the way it should be to get the most from the system.

I just love how easy everything is to use. From the landing pages to the reporting tools, this is the perfect platform to manage your lead flow and nurture your prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably only dislike would be the cost of each upgrade. It's ok if you have a big company but if you run a small business but still want all the benefits it will cost you a small fortune
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our leads. In this day and age, it is so easy for contacts to get lost in the funnel. This platform allows you to see exactly which contact has taken action, where they are in the funnel and what you can do to move them towards a sale.

A great product for managing your leads and monitoring your performance in terms on your online activity.

What do you like best about the product?
The all-in-one built CRM with automation tools i.e sequencing, a fantastic timeline to see exactly what your contact has done, at what date and time so you can follow up accurately with it. The integration with Gmail makes life so much easier also
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sales Extension feature could be more accurate as it doesn't always tell you when someone has opened an email (more time it does) and also the chatbot is designed to be set automatically, if you want it on at certain times i.e the weekend you would have to manually turn it on the friday and turn it back off on the monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an all-in-one system, it's efficient, saves time (which is brilliant for sales teams), it's very user-friendly.

Use the free trial and have a go! Any questions, either find a HubSpot Partner Agency or go direct and get the help you need!

Very low barrier to entry to purchase the product and get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was advised to NOT start the "onboarding consulting" until after we had all gotten our training videos completed and contacts imported. The initial consulting only lasted a month or so, and the first half of that was spent getting our data imported into Hubspot. I would have gotten a lot more out of it if I had waited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The dashboards are great for holding people accountable to their prospecting activity and sales quotas.

Watch the Hubspot training videos prior to starting your consulting/onboarding. That way you can spend the time talking about reporting and more in depth items as opposed to the basics.
Best CRM I've worked with!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot allows my company to combine our marketing and sales efforts into one easy place. The software makes it so easy to track changes, create workflows, and relay information to our team and our customers in an extremely streamlined way! I have used many other types of CRM and HubSpot puts them all to shame. The custom dashboards and ability to view so many different reports and activity make my job so much easier. I also love the trainings offered to help us create better content and utilize the software to the full extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like the software has so many capabilities it is hard to know where to get started. Luckily HubSpot Onboarding does help minimize the overwhelmed feeling - but there's a lot to choose from when picking where to begin!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of viewing reports makes it simple to see where we can make adjustments or create automations/workflows to improve our business. We have also seen how we can adjust our content to ensure our marketing and sales are aligned to improve the business.

Don't wait - the staff is so helpful that it makes switching to a new software so easy! And they'll talk you through how to get started. There are tons of resources available from HubSpot - they are the experts about CRM.

so easy to use - The training process was easy and very efficient. We were able to get a small group up and running very quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
its not as easy to add new contacts as Id like and reporting can be a challenge at times especially because we are all so new to the platform. the help desk has been great

we can now see all activity with a contact as a firm which is so helpful
