Sage Intacct is very helpful in keeping information correct.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that you can edit a voucher entry before or after it's been paid. However there are a couple of payment methods that don't allow corrections/editing after payment is made. Being able to edit the majority of processed vouchers has saved me a great deal of time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only problem I have with Sage Intacct is that you can't edit vouchers paid via credit cards. Other than that I'm very happy with the Accounts Payable program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said before being able to edit vouchers after they've been paid. It's helpful to edit cost centers / account numbers as changes demand immediate action.
Sage Intacct is so much easier to use than Dynamics.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Sage Intacct is that all reports can viewed in several different formats. Being able to view reports in Excel and easily being able to add totals and format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our implementation didn't go as smoothly as we would have like, but once it was up and running don't have anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage has helped us move away from keeping manual fixed assets report. This has streamlined calculated monthly depreciation and the ease of disposing assets.

What I like best about Sage Intacct is how user-friendly and flexible it is. The dashboards and reporting tools make it easy to get real-time financial insights, and the system allows you to customize reports according to the company’s needs. I also find that it integrates well with other platforms, which saves time and reduces manual work.

I don’t really have negative comments about Sage Intacct. So far, my experience has been positive and I haven’t faced major issues with the system.

Sage Intacct helps by automating accounting processes and reducing manual work. It gives real-time financial information and makes reporting much easier and faster. This helps to save time, avoid errors, and make better decisions with accurate data.

Sage Intacct is super user-friendly, which makes it great for day-to-day accounting work. If you're in accounts payable like me, you’ll appreciate how easy it is to find what you need and get things done without jumping through hoops.

I really have no complaints; the times I've used it it's worked quite well for me.

Honestly, Intacct makes my work a lot smoother. Before, I had to deal with a bunch of manual tasks—tracking invoices, chasing approvals, and trying to keep everything organized across different systems. Now, most of that is automated or at least way easier to manage.
It helps me stay on top of things without feeling overwhelmed. I can find what I need quickly, process payments faster, and avoid mistakes that used to happen with manual entry. It’s just made the whole accounts payable process more efficient and less stressful.

I love how intuitive and efficient Sage Intacct is for managing financial data. Its automation features save a tremendous amount of time, and the reporting tools provide clear insights instantly

One drawback of Sage Intacct is that navigating certain features—like report customization or transaction searches—can be tricky at first. It takes a bit of practice before the system feels intuitive

I like that Sage Intacct really automates a lot of the accounting work I’d normally have to do manually. Things like invoicing, tracking payments, and closing out the books are much faster and way less stressful.
The reporting and dashboards are also a big plus. I can pull up real-time numbers, break things down by client, project, or location, and get a clear picture of how things are performing without digging through spreadsheets.
Another thing I like is how scalable and flexible it is. It handles multiple entities and currencies easily, and it integrates well with other tools, which saves a ton of time switching between systems.
And since it’s cloud-based, I can access everything from anywhere, which makes it easier to manage projects and clients on the go.

What I like is how customizable the system is, which makes it easy to start and implement. The dashboard is clean and gives you a great snapshot of financials . I especially like how you can tailor it to show exactly what matters to your role or department.

One thing I dislike about Sage Intacct is that the user interface can feel a bit outdated and unintuitive, especially for new users. Some of the navigation isn’t very streamlined, and it can take extra time to find what you need or complete tasks that should be simple. Also, certain customizations and reporting features, while powerful, often require advanced knowledge or support to use effectively. It’s a solid system overall, but definitely has a learning curve and could benefit from a more modern, user-friendly design.
I would love if some short tutorials were available and the Search Function could use a boost, The search feature gets the job done—if you know exactly what you're looking for. But if you’re even slightly off, it acts like the record doesn’t exist.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For one, it centralizes all of our financial data, so instead of juggling spreadsheets or disconnected systems, we have a single source of truth for accounting, reporting. This has drastically improved accuracy and reduced manual errors.
The automation of recurring tasks—like journal entries, invoicing, and revenue recognition—has saved us a ton of time and freed up our team to focus on more strategic work instead of repetitive admin tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage is very beneficial and the use is quite easy to understand and learn. I use sage everyday for all my inquiries. Theres alot of options and features within the software for any business to use and meet their needs. Its pretty easy to use and understand.

Certain features arent for a full scale business, but still quite useful

User Friendly tool for Data Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
What i likes the most is it's saving my time incase of complex complex workflows it just simplifies it and i could collaborate with my team

There is nothing to dislike but yes i can give suggestion that you could improve is it the resources could be a bit more detailed

It has helped me to get better visibility of my project . I want track project costs, budgets, and revenue in real time with a good accuracy and it solves that for me which helped to make better decisions

Sage Intacct has been a huge upgrade for us (we used to use Sage 300).
I love how automated things have become - things like invoices, payments, and expense tracking basically run themselves now. The reports and dashboards are super clear, and it is easy to get both the big picture and the fine details when we need them.
My personal favourite is that you put the banking information in the same stop as the vendor information. I know it's a small detail, but it saves me so much time when a vendor updates their information.

The one feature I feel it could benefit from is having it's own payroll program - I really enjoyed that feature in Sage 300 and will miss it. Especially with the price increase.
I also think there should be a way to use the same cheque number if an error is made. When I first started using the system I accidentally posted a cheque payment through top level. I reversed it in the top level and posted in at the entity level, but it wouldn't let me reuse the cheque number (even after I went in and changed the cheque sequence number). I get that it's a safety feature, but as a human we all make mistakes and it would be nice to have the option to fix it.

It is making reporting so much easier. In our previous system anytime we received new funding we would have to make all new codes (travel, honoraria, etc.). This is much easier - one travel code - just link it to the correct fund.
