Streamlined our accounting and reporting effortlessly!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sage Intacct organizes our financial data and automates so many accounting tasks. Reporting is straightforward and customizable which makes monthly close much faster. The dashboards give me clear insight into expenses and revenue without digging through spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup is a bit complex and takes time to learn. Some of the advanced features feel hidden unless you go through tutorials or support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with scattered spreadsheets and manual reconciliations before using this tool. Now, everything is centralized and automated which saves hours of work every month and reduces errors. It gives our finance team more time to focus on analysis instead of data entry.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is the custom dimension capabilities you're able to add. It allows you to really take your experience to a whole new level and adapt the software to your specific use case. Our customer support with RKL has always been timely and extremely helpful. They implemented our software and any new changes we needed. We rely on them frequently to utilize all the features we are unaware of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prepaid expense amortization software is not user friendly to every use case. It doesn't automatically adapt to your companies custom fiscal calendar. I understand there are integrations that can be purchased to achieve this, but if Sage is going to offer a free module, then it should work with all components of Sage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves pretty much every aspect of our accounting process. It allows us to track all of our revenues and expenses down to the specific dimension and identifiers that we require in our industry.

What do you like best about the product?
From the very beginning, our implementation specialists ensured that all of our data was migrated in a highly usable format. Since adopting Intacct, I have been consistently impressed by how smooth the transition was, as well as the extensive reporting options and the ability to analyze our data in meaningful ways. The integration with other essential systems, such as payroll, bill.com, and expensify, has also been invaluable to our business. The support team is excellent, too. I use Intacct all day, every day, and I couldn't be happier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some screens can feel a bit cluttered at times, and I would appreciate having more options to customize our client invoicing. Aside from that, I have no complaints!

Sage Intacct provides our team with real-time financial information in a format that is both quick and easy to understand. This has led to improved project management, especially when it comes to handling budgets and supporting our scalability as we continue to grow.

i wish there was a way to download multiple invoices at once, additionally, reports can take up to 5 minutes to run which affects the workflow

Getting to know Sage Intacct and learning how to use it effectively can take quite a bit of time. Certain customizations add to the overall complexity, making the learning curve even steeper.

This solution reduces manual labor and eliminates the need for double entry, making labor tracking more accurate. It also offers scalability to handle high employee turnover and leads to improved reporting.
